Paul Simon!! Yes!! The drums on this song is fantastic; this is a great driving Bop!! Can't help but smile, too. A must is "Mother and Child Reunion" Great choice, Jeremy! 😀
The song is from his film 'One Trick Pony'. Great film and, obviously, the soundtrack is slamming. Do yourself a supersolid and check the studio version out.
Dot to see his Graceland tour, awesome. This show was in Hyde Park, London, England, great band, great crowd, looked like an equally great show. Paul Simon, singer, songwriter, musical legend and he married the beautiful songstress Edie Brickell. That's a good life.
I don't have this one on DVD, but I do have Simon & Garfunkels' Concert in Central Park; gonna watch it later. Any time you get a request for Paul Simon, I'm sure you'll enjoy it also✌
OMG! LOVE that concert! I remember watching that concert when I was a kid as part of a fundraiser for PBS years ago. Like full on console tv the size and weight of a small car, three major broadcast networks, and ... rabbit ears. That concert was so awesome that I actually read the credits after😀. That concert may be the reason I support public broadcasting. 🤣🤣
That concert I visit everyday, specifically for The Boxer. It has that extra deleted verse. It's Paul and Art's special verse. And that magical moment when they exchange glances. Simon has never sung that verse when he's performed alone. And as much as I love covers, when well meaning cover artists sing that verse, I can't stand it. I wish they respected their special verse.
The Paul Simon Songbook Album is a solid Album too 👌Full of Melancholic lyrical based songs that tell the same story throughout. Acoustic originals of I am a Rock and The sound of Silence on there .As well as Kathy's song and A most Peculiar Man .A good one if you are in that sort of mood to just listen and chill .😊
I looked at the other Paul Simon songs you've done. This is the only "You've got to hear this" song in the bunch. Try Duncan, You Can Call Me Al, 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover....
He has so much great music, and this is a great song. Unfortunately he's pretty old here. His voice isn't that bad, but it used to be a lot stronger. You should check out an older version
Just the Paul Simon reaction. I stayed out of the rest. I really love Paul Simon. Few folks react to him, and I would love to watch reactions to his catalogue and Simon and Garfunkel. Man, I’m old.
Paul Simon is in my top 5 FOR SURE. His music holds a very special place in my heart. Also a great recommendation for video with the live performance.
Paul Simon is one of my absolute favorites! Open that door wide! Thank you to whomever requested this. I would love Paul Simon reactions all the time!
What an absolute joy this song is.

Thank you
Quite possibly the best American singer songwriter ever, with all due respect to Bob Dylan and Neal Diamond.
American Tune
Love both, but definitely Dylan. Imo
It's unfair to compare and pick one. Unfair. All 3 are equal legends.
@@vruth23 Duncan.
Yeah ! Love this one .Paul Simon another songwriting Legend 😊 💯
Paul Simon - The album he recorded in Africa 'Graceland' - any songs from that album
Diamonds on the soles of her shoes. That video right on your screen is great!

Drums by the great STEVE GADD
Yes, originally, But not here...

Why did you make it smaller? When you did, the volume went down.
React to The Boxer and America
First!
And second!
Second after B&J hogged the first two!
