I love winter park , the little boutiques are fabulous! Lots of restaurants and I love getting a coffee sitting in front of the train station and people watch ! We didn’t get a car last time ,so got the bus to the lynx central station and the sunrail to winter park , it was an adventure loved it ! Will do again in September !

I live here and I always tip 20%. We don’t have a living wage in the states and I always make sure I give 20% when we go out to eat. You need to budget that into your experience. The cost of living in the busiest tourist areas is expensive. I live in Colorado and our cost of living is crazy. Certain industries over here did get a cost of living increase this past year, others didn’t and others had to go to their unions to get that. Servers are more than likely in the category who didn’t get a cost of living increase. Also, normally if you have a bad experience, the servers are always willing to make it right because they base their wages off of tips.
Tip wise we tip from 18% to 25% depending on service restaurants! House keeping two dollar per person per night , bell services I give 2 dollars per suit case ! They get taxed on tips and the tax man expects they will get a minimum of 18% so that’s why it’s the minimum I start at!
This made me and my husband really want to go to Winter Garden. It looks stunning. Just wondering what the par 3 golf course is called? Can’t wait for your next series!!

I'm a Brit and had a Wagoneer from Alamo in Austin in March, and then another from Alamo in Seattle in July. Nice enough but I still wouldn't choose them over the GMC, Ford, or Chevrolet offering in the same category.
Unpopular opinion : Tips in America now are out of hand. The Starbucks card machines ask for them in New York now. It’s a takeaway service lol 🤷🏼♀️ We always factor it into our budget but imo a tip is based on the quality of service provided. Not a guaranteed 20%. If you give bad service you get a bad tip. The system is broken and employers should pay their staff a decent wage instead of expecting everyone else too. Also Those fireworks looked amazing 😍

Millena Mall does have good sales on and good bargains to find. Especially Macy's and Bloomingdale's sales. You also get international discount in these shops 10%. Sometimes better than the outlets. As well as Hollister and Abercrombie and victoria secret / PINK. Also the best food area too. Chipotle is the best.
Re tips , based on the service and the server, it’s 10, 15 or 20 % from me but only if it’s good service , If the restaurant is cheap then it’s 15 or 20% if it’s very expensive 15% max , as they should be paying their staff more

Lululemon is a Canadian brand based in Vancouver BC, it’s not American, I have been buying lululemon for the past 16 years, I have tons of stuff and it washes lovely, it is kinda pricey but it’s worth it! It’s obviously cheaper here in BC Canada! I never buy it from the states or the UK when I visit
As an American who watches your vlogs, I heard you say that the stop signs confuse you. When at a four way or three way stop, make sure you come to a complete stop. If you don't, you could get a ticket or even have an accident. Then you go through the intersection based on who arrived first. When at a two way stop, also come to a complete stop, as the intersecting traffic will not have a stop sign, so make sure it's clear before continuing. I’ve just booked Disney land Paris with my wife for Halloween as we are going to Orlando next year! So just a little warm up! Can’t wait for it! I love your style of videos tho! Amazing work looks like you both had a fab time

Tips are a sensitive issue in the states and less than 15% I think would be very insulting to them. I often ate at the same places so at least if they knew I was a tipper and not a typical 10% tipping Brit, then the service would be decent. Housekeeping, I left $5 every 4 days, they work very hard and my room was well stocked, cleaned and immaculate.

You have to tip a minimum of 18%. You can end up costing the server money in taxes if you don't tip enough! They will be taxed according to the order totals recorded by the POS system in the restaurant so there is no avoiding! If you aren't happy in a restaurant say so. Let them fix it. Don't leave the server short! They don't have the National Living Wage like us in the UK!
The standard is 20%. I try to avoid places Brits go to because those that don’t tip properly ruin it for the rest of us! It’s the culture. Would you force them to take a 10% tip in Australia where tipping isn’t expected?

Wow thats alot even if its not great..the service used to be amazing in Orlando but everywhere is pretty standard now since covid, all over the world, no one wants to work in the service industry..they give the bare minimum and expect a massive tip..when i went as a kid they did everything they could to impress, now its give the bare minimum and alot of the time just about get a smile
@TheKnightStrider the best place we found for service last year was Cheddars on idrive, opposite the big outlets (not vineland). She couldn't do enough for us, we left her around 25%. I just think, "if in Rome....".

We stayed at endless summer last August and rented a grand wagoneer from the Avis desk there. It was a great car very fancy.

The Wagoneer is a great car to rent! :) We got that car in Vegas through Enterprise. Absolutely massive, but drives amazing.

We were Magic Kingdom for 4th July with the kids thought they did it really well and great atmosphere. Bonus you could get on a few rides afterwards!
