Sir u said we make boundaries for fil the gape so what are we doing in case of we have a points which will be matching both of UCB and LCB?
like we have 20.5 so either we mark it in first Class or in second ?
When data is in decimal, then in such case, usually we have small values with smaller difference, so you can make classes like
19.50 to 20.40
20.50 to 21.40
and its class boundaries will be like
19.45 to 20.45
20.45 to 21.45 etc..

You can divide range by number of classes to find class width...
