Hey there, Lebs Regassa! Thanks for the review and sharing your experience with the J5 Create USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter. It's awesome to see that it worked well for you and allowed you to expand your setup to three screens. I was actually considering getting a similar adapter, so your video came at the perfect time. You mentioned that the adapter has multiple ports, including 4K and 2K HDMI, USB-C, and USB. That's great to know, as it gives users flexibility in connecting their devices. I'll definitely check out the link in your description for more details. Looking forward to more reviews from you, and I've subscribed to your channel! Keep up the great work, and shukran for the informative video! See you in the next one. 🖥👍
Hey bro great video, I had a question. I also have this laptop it has 1. HDMI port 2. Mini Display port. so I was wondering by using this adapter can I connect a 3 monitor Like total 4 monitor, 3 screens and 1 laptop screen
Unfortunately the type C port on my laptop does not support video out so you can check yours if its working. Tried it but after reserching why it does not work i found out that it does not support video out
Hi Levs, I've been looking at this adaptor for a home office setup. I recently got a J5 create boomerang docking station... was quite happy with it as it allowed me to use multiple screens all at the same time. Had my main monitor connected directly with HDMI to my laptop and then one monitor connected with HDMI to the docking station and another connected with a USB to HDMI adaptor to the Docking station. 1) I have noticed that sometimes one of the monitors will freeze and then I just need to unplug and replug the docking station from my laptop and then all is fine. Have you had any type of issue like that with this adaptor? 2) The cheaper usb adaptor on my 3rd monitor causes the monitor to flicker, especially when not much activity is happening on that screen ( I think it is searching for the monitor... not sure) so I often just leave a movie playing in a small corner of the screen to stop the annoying flickering. Have you had any similar issues with the J5 create adaptor? Thanks Levs
I’m trying to stream will this be could for streaming I want to move my obs and chat to one monitor back and forth ya know this will do that? Also did you have to download any softwares or is it plug and play? ( PS I made the same mistake and bought a splitter instead of a adapter 😭)

From my understanding of how these devices work, USB-A does not support output video normally, so the adapter is actually acting as it's own GPU in a sense using DisplayLink, then converting that to HDMI.

should I just use the HDMI 4K port everytime everyday? even to not so 4K office activities? this fine? or is it advisable for day to day port of just the normal HDMI? (I bought the j5create two hdmi option to usb 3.0)

I just wanna hook up the 3 tvs we have to the computer for the games on the weekend or if im watching youtube and doing some photo organizing. So there are 2 hdmi ports on the JCreate... did you use the hdmi coming off the laptop for one monitor, and then the 3rd screen (2nd monitor) plug that into the JCreate?!? or are both monitors plugged into the JCreate?
Yes I used the normal HDMi port on my laptop and then also used the JCreate on a USB port to make 2 additional screen work, as you can see on the video it will give you 3 screens to play with.
can you help me, i have 2 moniters but i have only one hdmi port in my pc and i want to use both of the monitors. does such a hdmi adapter work on a pc? or do you have another solution?
I have a HP laptop(usb-A) that will not support two 4k hdmi 29" monitors and the monitors only work for a usb-c hub. What should i get to convert my laptop for my monitors?
