I have had a tough time believing that structured water can be created by swishing a glass vial that was purchased for a ridiculous amount of money. Letting water sit in the sun, eh, maybe. But these suggestions make more sense to me. The sun on my skin, barefoot on the beach, a fresh green juice, or IR Sauna. The body makes the structured water with the right input.

Great interview. Thanks for placing titles at the changes in the key points that Dr Pollock covered. I have an Ayurvedic Dr who would agree with him on several points. Grounding, I knew intuitively from childhood. Many pics of black little feet. I also garden barefoot, sleep on a grounding mat and doing yoga on wet grass. I always feel energized after being in nature. The Russia Tomsk center follows the Schumann frequency or frequency of the earth I track frequently. Solar activity (which has been VERY active lately) influences the electromagnetic field tremendously. Humans are not only chemical but we are bioenergetic as well.

The more I learn about real, true hydration, the more I lean towards the validity of EZ water.
I've been stirring my water, to create a vortex, to see if this does anything, and I can tell you, I think it does. I also add celtic (sea salt) to my RO water, about 1/16 teaspoon p/qt or liter, and that is helping my hydration. As I see it, hydration involves a number of factors, to really 'hit the trifecta'. Being in the sun is something I do daily (EZ in Phoenix!) along with trace minerals, coconut oil, organic veggies - and turmeric both sprinkled on my salad and as a supplement.
I *may* try that mayu swirl gadget, which I find fascinating, but then again, maybe what I'm doing is enough!

Interesting, nice thought. My setup is to filter, then have the water go around a strong neodymium magnet to erase the previous memory. Afterwards let it sit in a clay amphora (egg shape) for a number of hours. The amphora cools, aerates, vortexes at golden ratio, alkalizes, and adds trace minerals. Adding a small copper (boat) on top thats grounded may have to be my next move

One of my pet peeves, is science papers giving calculations that most of its readers don't understand.
I understand, the terminology in science papers is not directed at laypeople, but at other academics in that field of endeavor.. But the authors could at least translate the math to something the overwhelming majority of its readers (ON THE INTERNET) can understand.
For example, can someone translate theses numbers so that it's comprehensible to those not fluent in the math being used
Substances that create EZ water, do so at specific ratios, above which give diminishing results
    ......
    "Culturelle Kids Probiotic (Lactobacillus GG)
We observed a steady growth of EZ size relative to control *up to about 0.075 g/100 mL, beyond which EZ diminished*"
"Our results indicated that EZ size increased with increasing concentration of coconut water in DI water, remaining above the control value over an unusually extensive range *of concentration (up to 0.5%-1%) after which it diminished rapidly"*
"While concentrations lower than 0.02 g/L of turmeric formulations were not tested, we observed that *EZ size increased up to 0.1 g/L and diminished at increasing concentrations thereafter (0.2-1 g/L)*
"*Our results indicate that at a low concentration of aspirin (from 0.45-4.5 mM), EZ size exceeded control values, declining below controls at high concentrations*"
    ......
Has anyone translated the math here so that most people reading it can understand the specific amounts needed to be taken, in relation to a 100 lb person, a 150 lb person and a 200 lb person. So they don't take too much and get "diminishing results" because they didn't understand the calculations being used?
Also, I have not seen the specific amounts (IN MILLIGRAMS) of how much Holy Basil should be taken for a 200 lb person to get the maximum results of EZ water
I would also like to know if someone took the maximum amount of Holy Basil, Ghee, Tumeric, coconut water etc, needed for maximum EZ water results, would simultaneously taking multiple EZ supplements, compound the effects, ultimately producing diminishing EZ water results?

Well you have to wrap your head around the idea that the current state of biological science is based on studying dead biology, which instantly means our understanding of healthcare and life is based on death. So we have been treating living people like they’re dead - huge red flag. Today, quantum mechanics is where the study of life really exists, in the study of photons and electrons, which revolutionizes everything being talked about. If you maintain the current assumptions of what is healthy from the current healthcare framework, you will not fully be able to understand what’s going on with this stuff. This guy is correct about drinking lots of water, absorbing sun rays, and grounding yourself on the earth, but he is not describing the quantum mechanisms the legitimize it and you won’t find this info in the current paradigm-lock of biological understanding. ✌️
