CSX train M404 with some nice CN foreign power. CN engine

M404 works Woodbourne yard for about 1 1/2 hours on 8/29/24 picking up some cars with a nice CN railroad engine #8888 and 8861. After working Woodbourne yard it moves on meeting local L042 on the connector waiting for M404 to pass and work its way through the cross overs to the Trenton Sub division to back up into Woodbourne yard to terminate.

Nice catch there! Btw not to bother but what are the best times to railfan on the Trenton Sub? I have heard mornings and late afternoons are the best but not too sure since I can't find much info.

@@SouthJerseyRails thank you! Not a bother but hard to answer because it all depends on how many crews are available and how many runs were able to be completed. I can go there one time and there a bunch of trains in the morning and others times like today and only seen 2 trains this morning. Mornings and mid afternoon is when you usually see them. Mostly if it’s a quiet morning the afternoon would be a little bit busier.

@@SouthJerseyRails if you see M404 working the yard , most likely will be quite for hours after because M404 usually works Woodbourne yard for about 2 hours.
