- After completing Samyama and coming back home I was suffering from a profound sense on longing. Could you share a little more about how you came out of those personality dissolving/emotional times? Would u call it the dark night of the soul?
It wasn’t dark at all, infact it was a very intense experience, there was a deep longing inside me, I wanted to give up all the materialistic pleasures, I just wanted to be in the presence of my Guru. When Sadhguru Sannidhi came home, all these emotions kinda settled down, as I started to do sadhana in the consecrated space. I hope I was able to answer your question 🙏🌸

But when veivekananda went to meet his guru ram krishna paramahamsa with lost of question s in his mined. When he touched his forehead he gone for deep samadhi state and all the questions evapurated from his mind.The kankana ravat the bolywwod actress as commended that she do samyama directly with out doing basic course. She has told that she got shiva that was lost in her.

I am understanding sadguru from last 10 year. I am doing medication daily 40 to 60 minute. I am inspire from two of yogi osho and sadguru.
