My Mum use to cook Dippy Eggs and Soldiers for me, when I was a kid. I'm now 50 years old. I've never cooked a soft-boiled Egg. I've cooked hard boiled, scrambled, fried and omelettes. But I never knew how to do soft boiled eggs. As soon as I watched your video, I made 2. They were PERFECT! Thank you! All I need to do now is, learn to cook Poached Eggs. I've tried, but they never work out. I need a really easy way to do them.

This reminds me of my childhood memories as well khun Rik but the different are we cracked the soft boiled egg in a glass and dipped PlaTongKoh ปลาต้องโก๋ in it. BTW why do you called the stripped toasts “soldier” ?
Khun Sarawut the term soldiers - A British term that refers to a piece of toast cut into thin strips reminiscent of the formation of soldiers on parade so they say! best, Rik
