The rarity stems from the fact this type and level of artistic expression is rarely promoted or celebrated... and remains more of an underground vibe...

Why aren't there more artists like Joe Pug? Why isn't his name more widely known? Listen to the lyrics. You belittle and hate and malign the kind of person he describes. That's a man or woman of moral integrity. It makes your life hard when a good friend calls you out and rightly so, much less asks that you reciprocate the support they've shown you.
