If you love Nashville hot fried chicken but you also love brisket, then you are going to have to try this. After my trip to Nashville I had to try to combine these 2 flavors together. The results are impressive.

“Be prepared to make a huge mess in your house when deep frying this thing” Yes Guga I indeed have a 20 pound waygu brisket in my fridge right now
I’m going to try Guga’s cheap brisket with Waygu tallow for Thanksgiving. Maybe that’s a start?
69 likes, nice.
@@bensoncheung2801 I ruined it on purpose
@@MandoHalrissian Noooooo!
The 68th and 69th like was a double like btw, they happened simultaneously, from what strange amalgamed account, I'm not sure.
Yeah, kinda done with every beef video being a "Check out this wagyu!" I used to come here for recipe ideas, but I can't be dropping wagyu on my table 4 times a month like Guga does.
Guga is just the best kind of crazy.
Crazy or Genius 🤣
@@GugaFoods it's a thin line to be sure
@@GugaFoods You can't be a genius without a dash of crazy. You da man, Guga!
@@GugaFoods You are crazy genius
@@GugaFoods all geniuses are crazy....try a steak marinated with maple syrup!!!!
Memes aside, I think Guga is doing some genuine innovation with his experiments. He's not afraid to mix flavours and gets genuinely tasty results quite often
I would like to see this done with a burger. Nashville Hot Fried Burger. Basically, combining the flavors of a burger with a fried chicken sandwich 🤔
La capital already posted a video of a think like that, it is in spanish but it's worth seeing
@@tenorio6098 yea, as english speaker, just watch them, i think he had a subs on too. (Or can learn spanish)
If you or someone else does this, cayenne and other hot spices are supposed to go on the meat itself, in the flour, in the dredge, and in the oil while it's hot before it's fried.
Louisiana hot sauce is not Nashville hot. If you're ever in Nashville, go to Bolton's for medium or Prince's for hot (the two original places).
literally all it would be is flowering a burger and adding the same spices, if it wouldn't stay together id say make the burgers more like you would meatballs with egg, and bread crumbs, ect. but its either way a pretty no skill idea. i really dont know why people get so wet over people making nashville hot anything, its actually to00 easy, its great, but its not mind blowingly hard to do.
Maybe it's the six years I spent living in central California, but this doesn't look all that hot to me :) Prior to that stint, I would have agreed about how hot it is. Now though, my mouth doesn't even register much heat below Habenero, even though I'm back in Indiana. It does look tasty, except for the pickle :)
Hey guga you should dry age a brisket, then turn it into pastrami
Pastrami Dry-Age 😳
Looks like we have a winner!!!!
@@GugaFoods how about dry aging a brisket in cum?
@@GugaFoods how about you smoke a brisket and then you dry age it?

frying the brisket whole looks great for the camera, but i would suggest slicing the brisket first. each slice gets that fry and nashville hot oil coating
ur right but it wouldn’t look as good for the camera
maybe hasselback it

You're a madman Guga, that looks unbelievable.
Guga and Oscar oh my god, I can't imagine how good food can be with you two guys.
seeing guga so happy to make these videos is one of the biggest reasons i keep watching. Love the content, keep it up
Que raro se me hace escuchar a Óscar hablando en inglés

Imagine how much meat has been consumed by guga and his crew 😄

i'm not gonna lie, i'm a little bit concerned about gugas health, dude adds a ton of butter to every side dish along with a ton of fatty juicy delicious steaks
@@Ottoni174 butter and animal fat aren't unhealthy, margarine and vegetable oils are.
That looks tasty. And here's an idea for a riff on it: slice the brisket before breading (and slice it on a diagonal for wide pieces and a good 1/2"-3/4" thick) then bread and fry those slices, then fried brisket sandwiches. 10/10 would pay money for that.
Guga, you absolutely killed this one. From the close up action shots to obviously the creative masterpiece you just made. My mouth is still watering.

@@maxcrss2845 your suggestion was actually super nice and I appreciate it. I'll make sure to visit if I'm ever able to travel up there
@@precisamesmo there’s a lot to do if you do decide to visit. Fort Worth has the largest cattle drive in the world every day. It also has some great art exhibits and a great rodeo if it’s in town. Dallas has some great museums and multiple sports teams. Austin has great music and interesting food, though it’s typically the odd city out in Texas for Texas things. San Antonio has the river walk and tubing if you’re into that. Houston is on the beach and has some fantastic museums. You can find good BBQ pretty much anywhere, though my favorite places are in or near Fort Worth. I hope you are able to visit one day. :)
I don’t know when Guga gets the happiest when the experiment works or when it doesn’t. He always seem to enjoy the results
Guga, you have the gift of just pushing the envelope and opening up new territories of flavour. This looks amazing, and the way Angel and Leo attacked you at the end closed the video off perfectly.
A normal person would just fry the slices, but Guga goes and fries the entire huge brisket... A true mad scientist
I dont know how Guga males every food he cooks look amazing.
OMG Guga! This one is the craziest experiment yet! You got me to subscribe because of this video!
Love your positive vibes Guga! Helps me relax after a tough day.
TBH Guga can have a ghost kitchen that offers everything that he makes here and be successful. I would definitely purchase on that restaurant but sadly im residing outside US haha - ASIA

Guga y Óscar de la Capital, sin duda los dos mejores youtubers de cocina que existen en la plataforma
I was honestly expecting Oscar to be trying the final result too! Either way, it was great to see you guys together again! Also, that brisket looks fire! 🔥
Can you please try making Peruvian anticuchos sometime? Greetings from Sydney, Australia!

What the actual EFF have you done to that brisket?!?!? You're a MADMAN!
Wow. From the smoke ring to the juices my guy😎sbalorditivo👌🏼
So much love to these guys! You guys are awesome!
Is there any difference with dry brining a brisket for a day? I’ve never seen anyone try it, probably because they don’t have enough room for a 20lb+ brisket in their fridge
A "da bomb" dry aged steak/brisket would actually be insane!
Edit: they actually did it!
That'd be the last guga video for sure 😂😂😂
probably a waste of brisket, everyone would take one bite and be done. a steak at least wouldn't cost as much...but we already know what their reactions would be
You could try that with a decent super spicy hot sauce, but Da Bomb is a novelty sauce, straight garbage as an actual hot sauce. Most people agree that it has terrible flavor, probably because it’s primarily extract based. There are lots of sauces out there that could be better choices to dry age something in.
Flavour wise da bomb is terrible, ive done the whole gauntlet and taste wise the last dab is alot nicer, of the "hot ones sauces" the ones id recommend are los caliantes? And the mango habenero one from a few seasons ago.
If you want spicy and tasty go for something habenero based and add bbq rubs etc
@@VitalyDryburgh I’m of the opinion that sauces made of superhots can also taste incredible. In fact, the best hot sauce I’ve ever had was a reaper-based sauce.
Congrats on 3 mil subs guga, absolutly deserved
love the collabs my guy
Damn this guy Oscar gained like over 60 lb, long time no seeing him on any videos!
