Most likely because those options are not officially supported by Com2US and can potentially get your account banned. They've been very clear about that. Furthermore, several emulators are shitty companies, like Blue Stacks, which is especially bad about introducing viruses to your PC. Having not seen your comment I can't say if the latter reason applies at all, but the former definitely does.
His elenoa seems to be on vio will full support stats Imo that's kinda weak since she can't vio proc after s3 and doesn't gain anything from a proc after s2 Despair Will with decent speed/hp/accuracy and some atk to land debuffs on Douglas is the ideal build I have her and tried multiple builds
He has her runed up and takes her in, usually is the ban 🤷🏽♀️ If you check some if the other RTA videos he's done with this account you'll see her occasionally when she makes it through

I think magnum doesn’t need slot 2 speed as he gain atb with his passive if drafted correctly.
