I love watching your videos on restorations!! You guys are the most positive, forward thinkers I've ever seen! Your finished products are spot on and as good as new!! Keep up the great work!!
It looks like a total pain to clean out a burn car. You guys are tireless workers. It's a blessing to see young people with a work ethic.
Awesome build brothers. I have literally given up watching t.v. My entertainment comes from RUclips channels featuring guys like yourselves building, rebuilding, and repairing things. Keep on making and posting great videos. You are awesome.
Love it- the kid puts a wheel chock on the uphill side of the tire. Too much heat to trust a lot of parts- better to just sell the motor as a long block, sell the rear end and the chassis and whatever other stuff you can save. Use the cab to repair your black diesel. Use the diesel chassis- most of the damage was on the cab, not the frame, and you will not have to swap out all that wiring and brake lines, evap system, fuel tank etc.etc.
Great videos guys. I’d be weary of that frame, that kind of heat would kill the strength of that frame, enough so that it could collapse on you under load. Be careful.
Everyone thinks that in America you can make money fast!
Let all these smart people see this video!
Only hard work and dedication bring results!
Under the impression the fire/heat would effect the corrosion protection the factory adds to the frame and other under body components. Wondering if the extremel heat may have effected the strength of the frame?
Love God and love people Amen! Great job buddy 🙌
You guys are workers and are doing a great job very quickly. Enjoy the videos..
I rebuilt my cummins ram with a frame from a burnt one... Mine was opposite, burnt in the front. The frames on the heavy duty trucks are very thick steel and why I had no concern using it. Ive towed many heavy loads also. Big thing is coating it good so it doesn't rust out. I paid 350 and 500 for the burnt trucks I bought, 6.7 3rd and 4th gen cummins. That's why I think what you paid for this one is crazy high!
You guys should make a trailer out of the burnt bed with parts of the other chassis. With some creative engineering im sure you guys could do it even though the bed is and the frame are missmatched.
God lives in you.
Doing great job, I can almost smell that burnt smell from the cab.
Love how quick you guys posts new videos! I didn’t expect anything until next week! 👍👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🤘🏻🤘🏻
That cab is going to smell like fire unless you get it dipped. Though the smell may eventually go away as corrosion eats away all the hidden burned areas.
Watching from chicago!!!! Always im a rebuilder too!
The videos are interesting. I hope you keep track of your hours. You have lots tied up in every project!
Thank you for taking my advice for keeping that frame and put the Duramax on there. There is also another reason why.... once fully done including the 5th wheel gooseneck connect = you should get a tool box back there for tie down stuff, tools and a jack for your future bring home vehicle projects.
Making some good progress Michael. I think as others have said it would be worth scrutinising that chassis before you put new parts on it. It would be worth selling that engine just for some extra cash for the rebuild. Great video Brothers nice to see everyone helping. 👍
I love these guys. They invented hard work. They never slow down! Thanks
Love it . Let's number how many time Michael says " No big deal" . I love it lol.
Plus "alright, alright" and "just like that" :D
I follow u guys week’s ago, and I like ur videos. greatings from Chicago!
Great Job guys, always with a Smile, THAT IS THE BEST!!!, keep the good work.
I would really get some input on what that heat may have done to the steel of the frame? Is it weaker? More brittle? It would be potentially catastrophic to be towing a heavy load and have it break or come apart somehow. Your lives aren't worth the risk.
100% more brittle. Aluminum melts at 1,200F and fire was hotter than that. Not hot enough to melt the steel but hot enough to change it's properties.
You are some hard working guys that inspire me to go and get something done, fantastic!!! thank you!
Man, you guys are definitely different ! No way, would I even think that you could resorect that much damage.
Always interesting, but that 30's pickup and the Cobra top the list...
Good night guys from Morocco ❤ amazing job. God bless you 🏁
A shoptruck with that frame and than a goosnecktrailer on it. Succes ensured.
Little concerned with how hot that frame got so I would ask some questions about it also was wondering what was going on with the ram build hopefully you guys are still going to build it it seems to be a rare combo on a truck. I would get the cab sand or bead blasted.
Those frame stickers are put on at the beginning of assembly. The frame starts out upside down to install the leaf springs, rear axle and front suspension. Then it gets flipped over and the rest of assembly is done
As previously stated I admire your Optimism and Tenacity in these huge rebuild projects! Good Luck!
Watch u guys from Cambodia 🇰🇭it’s 10:35pm here
So far so good 👍
"not a big deal" , always"not a big deal" ouah!!!, for me, it's really a big deal.amazing work. congratulations. HI from France
You can redo most anything on this channel, no beating around the bush with Niko Brothers... great 👍work
Switching to the long bed frame is a good idea. If you haul a gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer, this is the ideal towing rig.
If you're selling that 6.6 maybe you should do a cold start so people know what they're getting. L.G. L.P.
Nice job Mike and crew. Stay safe
Its a mega project but you boys will get it done!
I like that you've taken on a challenge, but seriously... most of us must think you are a little bit crazy... one or maybe two screws loose or something. I have complete faith having seen the variety of vehicles you have tackled successfully. I'm on the edge of my seat with THIS one though... Man, what a challenge.
Rebuild both of them they both would be a nice truck
next project... the forklift
There's a few you tubers that might help with your project. V tuned garage is doing a early Mustang that was burnt. He vapor blasted it and came out real clean. Half Ass Kustoms uses a old electric hospital bed to move his project truck cabs around. And 23dr garage made a square type frame with bolt on car hubs to move cabs around.
I love your videos. You could always have the cab vapor blasted will be as good as new.
Love God love people 😎👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯
Made me laugh when you lifted the cab outside - was like something from Laurel and Hardy! 😂😂😂
omg third niko mexican brother apeared on the series :DDD
You dudes went past crazy several videos ago on this one. Man what alot of work. Its gonna be great I THINK LOL
Greetings and salutations to you, you are a fun friend and a smiley face
Good job guys. Appreciate your salvage of useable parts as it good for our environment. You end up taking two scraped trucks and making one serviceable, usable truck. That away to go. Proud of you guy’s.
Y'all need to get that cab vapor blasted to get it back to base metal. Then primer so it won't rust. There a mobile vapor blasting companies that you can call that will come to you and make that thing look brand new.
Nice job guys..Keep working!!!
Just loving this project guys, hope you have a great weekend.👍
These guy get right to it don’t drag around get right to it like the everyday videos
i'd be afraid of the metal being that hot. it's going to rust from inside out and be very weak. i have seen that happen on a few cars got them fixed up and with in a 2 to 3 yrs all rusted out where the metal got burned. enjoy the builds and wishing you the best. keep up the great videos.
Great work guys.
Love watching y’all work. Keep it up! 👍
Good progress. You guys should pour a larger pad outside so you don’t have to work in the dirt all the time.
Parts truck is more of a whole truck, can’t fathom all the work.
You guys are amazing! I love the work ethic- get it done!
Great progress has been made so far, thanks for the content.
Love your videos. Get excited every time I see you uploaded a new video.
Great work guys
Great job guys looking forward to see it finished well down.
Love your channel keep up the good work 👏
You guys are the best more people these days need the work ethic’s you and your brother and your team has you will always be successful with the quality and the foresight you see in things that most of us would pass up have a great weekend and keep up the quests look forward to the next step
Love the shirt brother. Subscribed 👍🤝💪 God bless
Back for more boys yeha
Flat bed for a car transport
It will be a nice truck when done
Good luck do not give up .😁
Really enjoying all the videos. Keep up the good work!
this is a big job i like watching the progress
You guys are amazing. It will be a cool truck. And i loved the Corvette build. Good work
Awesome, love the progress!!
What a awesome project. If you're looking for someone can clean and powder coat your frame. Vanguard metal finishing, will do a great job
Another awesome video looks like things are going well 👍 Thank you!
Love the videos as for the upside sticker we build frames for g m they arrive at the factory they go in upside down so the suspension can be installed
Great job Guys! Once you get the frame cleaned up and the cab back on it it you should be over the worst! As always I am looking forward to the next video!
Looks like you have some good employees with all that man power. Pizza party for the crew ?? introduce those that help out they look to be good help.. Keep up the great work can't wait for the next video. stay safe and have a great day...
You should remove the rear suspension so you can sandblast the rear frame.
Try dry ice blasting the cab ,see how that works . Good luck !
Watching from Mexico, it si a amazing work and a good videos
I would be worried about how hot the frame got, from the looks of it that frame has lost lots of strength. Also sticking that diesel in place of the gasser is is going to need lots of suspension work due to the diesel weighs much more, check the specs.
it got hot enough to droop the leaf springs, they look flat and wavy. I'm concerned your frame is comprised.
Inspiring vids.
The company I worked for had friend that his work shop burned down . And a large stainless steel grill evaporated and no remains were left. The firemarshal said had never seen a fire that hot.
I would definitely sandblast it to get the rest of the turn off it and start fresh with paint you guys are doing a great job keep the good work up and God bless
You guys can build any thing
If you can use the other trucks transmission, use it because it is probably the ten speed and that one with the gas one is the less reliable 8 speed. Great video. I would love to try something like this one day.
Aluminium melts betwin 650-680 degr Celsius Casting by 720 celsius
Easy way to find out if the frame fits, pull part numbers for the frame via GM for diesel and gasser. OEM Part numbers will confirm.
The interesting project good job guys 👍 . Watching from Grozny .
Watching from holland!! always love your uploads nice to see you guy's are not afraid to put in some work😉😉👌👍🤘
greetsz from holland... max
C'mon guys, have that cab interior soda blasted as well as the frame. A lil' wash ain't enough for the burn smell.
As for the engine, I'm pretty sure there's people looking for it, you getting a bit of your money back.
Maybe a flooded one instead, next time
That was the parts truck I was thinking of. Not this brittle piece of scrap.
Exelent job 👏 🤩🤩🤩🤩💯💥💯💥💯
I have one concern. With the heat that it took to melt those parts in the rear , would that affect the integrety of the metal frame?
I was just think the same thing with them pulling the trailer and hauling heavy loads sometimes. Just went back and checked the one good thing is that it has a full boxed frame
100% more brittle. Aluminum melts at 1,200F and fire was hotter than that. Not hot enough to melt the steel but hot enough to change it's properties.
Rock or country music would be much better in my opinion. Greetings from the Canadian Rockies 🥶
