I was hospitalized with sepsis a few years ago The man in the bed next to me was a "frequent flyer" who had taken a swandive of a ladder in a suicide attempt He was comatose and the nuerosurgeon was come in with 2 or 3 nurses and doctors and scream at him at the top of his lungs He went Code Blue at least twice that I know of and one time was revived by a CNA

i've realized a lot of even seasoned nurses don't know how to do a basic neuro assessment.
mirandaalexis neuro is a tough area and tough skill!
