Quick review seal skin boat cover

I priced out custom covers anywhere from $1800 to $2500 and I bought this Seal Skin cover for $479 even if it lasts me only 3 seasons I feel like I come out ahead. The cover fits well the material seems to be quality. If you have two people to put it on it goes in in 10 mins and sits secure and protects the boat well. I just got my sealskin 24 ft. Pontoon cover 2 weeks ago and it's awesome. Covers my entire boat with room for my center extension system to hold it up in the middle. We love it.

I paid 250 for mine on Amazon for a 20 foot boat with a tee top. It’s a year and a half old I would never trailer it with it on. I know it would shred it. My problem is the string around the bottom to tight has rotten away and broken off inside, I called seal skin and they say the warranty is through Amazon
But if you buy directly from them the warranties through them, what’s the difference?
It’s a hassle that’s the difference

BUYER BEWARE. I let Sealskin choose the boat cover I needed for my Arima. It did not fit. It wasn't even close. I returned it with pictures and they sent another one that DID NOT FIT. I am returning the second one and they are charging me 18% fee for their "inconvenience". Make sure they send you a cover that actually fits your boat.

Ouch, totally weird and not ok. We have a return policy in place, but if the cover didn’t fit then it’s definitely not your fault, so we will make this right for you and refund the remaining amount no questions asked. Same experience I had with them. Just returned by SECOND Sealskin cover for a full refund. This company got me hooked by their slick marketing, pricing, and "warranty." The so-called multi-layer material was super thin, the first cover they sent was 3-4 feet too long (even though they listed the year, make and model of my boat), so I returned it for a second one that turned out 3 feet too short! Should have done my homework, read the negative reviews, then keep shopping. Would not recommend this company.
