I’m just curious. Why always short ribs?? Don’t get me wrong, I love them. But you make it a lot. Can you do some other proteins?? Like flank steak, or tritip??? Tapas, and I missed it, the elote salad???? Please
Hi Chief, looks great! One thing though, wonton are over cooked! I made fried wontons filled with fillings for years. Cooked until golden, not dark color. Try it, will taste 100% better.
Marketing expert here, try to get youtube logo on your hat so people know your branding. I'd also get it on your back window in a corner. This will help so much with exposure especially when you're out n about w the camera. When you're at client parties, and just driving to and from places. I'd recommend an LED light bar for your back window that draws attention. You can turn it on n off too.
I wasn't too impressed with the Fly By Jing sauce. H mart may be open (or any asian market) haven't looked but you can get huge jars of chili crisp oil for what you pay for the one you bought at whole foods.

Oh, but it's a dry heat!! Yeah, so is my oven but I don't stick my head in it! A person needs to experience the desert heat to fully understand HOT.
The desert heat can't touch 100% humidity. Dry sucks but being so humid that you can't breathe is a whole different experience.
