Not many people around the world know about this rock,...But now with these RUclips videos being public, I am sure there are inexperienced travelers who want to try it out and will fail...Just hope no one dies doing these crazy stunts
I watched the videos to check, I thought maybe the climb is less scary than what it looks like in all the photos on social media, since there are SO many of them. It actually is as dangerous as it looks 😳
In the United States anyway, you would NEVER be able to do something like this without a safety harness. There would be hundreds of skeletons at the bottom.
Im gonna vizit this beautiful pl soon. God willing, however im not that stupid to put my life at risk for a fkn pic. I will take one from a safe pl. Shit happens I know, but at least I wouldnt deliberately seek my own death. Unbelievable
We are reduced to Instagram tests of courage ... sad. Even with a chain there now, there will certainly be deaths in future. You don't stand for an hour in queue and not tighten up.
There are no safety chains when you climb on this rock,it is the same now as in this video. There are chains in few places on the climb itself on the way to this rock. I was there a week ago.
Been there a week ago and used this video to show the "backside" of my photo to friends. It looks exactly like this, the ring in the rock is the only thing you can hold onto like he did.
Get over it mate. People are out here for the adrenaline. The adventure. The exciting photos that they will have throughout their life. These images and experiences can be passed through families. Life is full of risk. Standing on a rock and taking a photo does no harm to anyone. Besides you clearly. No one needs your comments on every Norway post. Fuck off and worry about something else. Let people live on the edge. Even if it means their life is on the line
@@TomyTucker im sure that young Australian girls parents got lots of adrenaline when the police knocked. Ye need to up ye fuckin game if that's how ye get enjoyment. I don't understand how NO one has died from trying this. It's only a matter of time...
I would be the first haha
@@molotov1893i would be the second
Matter of wind too . I really think there should be at least a sigh saying apprach at your own risk of death
Lo intentes o no, igual vas a morir. Es solo cuestión de tiempo.

you guys has a nerve of steel......but not for me, my palm is so sweaty by just watching this.
Pfff so scary! I have done it too. Your video shows how difficult it actually is. Never again!
It actually looks more dangerous than I thought. Especially going back for some reason.
No way I would ever do that, maybe if there was a safety rope . Cant even walk on the roof of my house.
I did it last summer, unforgettable experience!
Just by watching this video makes me weak and shake.
God bless you and protect you all 🙏
I just did this a few days ago, i might be traumatized 😅 Cant believe i did it!
Me too...... 🙈👍
Well done! It takes a lot of courage...
Sweaty palms just watching your video!
Jesus christ I have bad anxiety from that!
I was to scared to jump on there. Watching this makes my stomach already turn ;-)

И я поэтому посмотрела.фото много .думаю как они туда пробираются.ужас.
It’s almost asking for …
Why risk it?
I did Trolltunga, at least views are stunning, lake and mountains, in here everyone gets exactly same pic with 400% more risk 😂
That's the way just step on and step off. It is getting very polished so non slip footwear is best!
you slip slightly every like 1000 step on rocks, that could be the one.
Omg!!! I was scared for you 😟
That little corner is more dangerous than a graphite rock in chernobyl
Minha vida não vale isso!!! Insanidade
Oh my goodness, I have sweaty palms watching this
i guess if people are going there then put some support there it seems pretty scary
I am thinking there is a great place for a rope & harness.
This whole video gave me such anxiety lol
How many people fall off the boulder per year?
@@unowen7591 Good I will stay the heck away from it, what a view though.
I was scared years ago because my best friend did it....and I was scared watching this video. I would never step on it. :P
omg that is so sketchy
I don't get it. Why is it a thing to walk out on that rock without a safety harness.
Its the thrill. With the safety harness its nothing special I guess. In this way its also not just a tourist attraction I guess.
@@victorkoot even with harness, I wouldn't be able to do it...height isn't my thing...

@@BobbyMack you sure can. Plenty spots grand canyon and national parks
@@BobbyMack I don't think so. Its about a ten hour strenous hike for the entire trip. Most americans walk less than that in an entire month.
Count me in. Just did that today
oh .my .god
Смотреть страшно, оттуда ведь запросто можно сорваться в пропасть. Зачем рисковать своей жизнью?
Wow there is nothing to hold on.
that was in january?
No way.
It was around end of May, early June
Why do it when its raining? My heart stopped while watching this.
U can still slip walking on that ledge. I'm good they made no fences too.
Why? Just why?
Why?
may be you will be the lucky one ... after 3 000 000 years it is today it's falling down
Que poco valor dan a la vida, no hay sitio donde poner los pies xd, nunca comprenderé por qué lo hacen
Tingling from head to toe just watching😬😬😬🫥🫥

I refer to Kjeragbolten as ACME memorial 😆
Well clenched just watching this 😬
Oohhhh mannnnn

Sketchy no way I could do that.
After watching it, I'm not gonna go there
One day, that rock is gonna take someones last breath of air. Only a matter of time until it slips out.

One miss step..
Even accessing the rock is dangerous I would never do this just an easy way to die

No. No. I would never do it. I would never jeproday my life for a pic. Somebody will die there
Reckless and selfish behaviour when eventually falls ...was it worth it ...No. Think of your families ..completely avoidable ..pardon the pun.
