    Hi Guys, great info. Just a point to add. Silica is very bad as it is a very good insulator and can raise the fireside temperatures to extreme with a very thin build up.

    My vertical tube boiler continually ejects water from the optimizer. What could be the cause?

    We checked the levels but always differed to the actual chemical guy!
