I’m just curious as to how it took us this long for lore on the explicator. Iv wondered what he was doing on the pyramid since root came out. The fact he’s a clone of calus is something we should have known after defeating him. Now we know that he’s logging planets that the black fleet had conquered yet still being tormented by nezarec. The fact he’s also looking at planets that he cabal once conquered and controlled means he is a sentient clone and shows what these clones are capable of. Now all that needs answered is why was he takes with logging planets the black fleet has conquered and why he was searching for planets of previous conquered worlds. This boss has just become a lot more interesting and I need to know more on him.
Cause he literally is, he doesn’t give af when the fireteam busts into the library while he’s working with a pyramid spike, he’s like, “aight” and keeps working. It’s only when you mess with his symbol closets does he get mad and square up with you.
That lore about Orges being original Thrall was stated back in vanilla D1. And yes the portal in the Traveller was already opened by the time Root of Nightmares takes place
I think Atraks is foreshadowing, I reckon Clovis Bray resurrect atraks and make a new exo eliksni faction. We pissed him off pretty bad and considering the whole back ups and copies he could make a long lasting force.
Think about the good traveler right like it literally became a portal there could be a possibility that the witness is trying to find ways to explore alternate realities maybe to bring an evil traveler into our reality! Maybe I am thinking about it too deep because I'm a stargate fan I do love stargate Atlanta's the show that started the current Aquaman carhe played Ronon on Atlantis. ❤
I keep telling my buddies that Atraks-1 is more than likely still alive. Especially after beating the boss there was no body to drop, she just teleported and dipped. I'd still live to see her return too
From what I know it's kind of a virtual reality thing that the guardians are using to practice so that they can whoop the witnesses cheeks So basically exactly why pantheon exists in the game lmao

All of the veterans know that if it wasn't for the lawsuit with the loose composer and the original writer of Halo who was a big part of the original destiny one destiny the franchise could have been a better game than what we have now! Back then we said Activision was greedy it's obvious it was bungie

Remember in the original scrapped version of destiny one before the big lawsuits originally the traveler was gonna be evil and that the crow was gonna recruit guardians on Venus to take the fight to the traveler. Back then it was leaked that the crow location was gonna be at the tower near Venus very close to the vault of glass! The information is important to mention because a lot of the stuff that was scrapped some of it is in destiny 2! Even bungee showed a lot of the art that was scrapped from the original destiny one Some of the art design can be seen in destiny 2.. It makes you think sooner or later bungie might make a version of destiny 3 or destiny 4 where it's the actual scrapped version of destiny one the game that should have been the game!
Raids should have easy modes that everyone can solo... harder versions having full mechanics and easier version more like a nightfall.. that way everyone can experience the content. Thats how you make the best game ever.
A game for everyone is a game for no one. The fun is in rising to the occasion and conquering something that game you trouble. If you want an easy mode then the easy mode shouldn't allow you to get the exotic from that raid or even red bordered weapons so you can craft the weapons. The game still needs to create incentives to do harder stuff. But I'm sure you would have an issue with not being able to get the exotic too so 🙄
We really need more lore on the Shadow Legion. But more importantly… we need Shadow Legion armor sets!

“Wildcard” was Atrax’s epithet while she was still Eliksni, not Exo. Most likely referring to it.
I’d love if Atraks-1 was the one leading the House Salvation in the Pale Heart and maybe has replaced Eramis as a disciple figure to the Witness
