I awaysfeel Chon right in the heart! Love these guys so much!
I am mexican and I really like this band, I listen chon maybe for five years, also love bands like scale the summit and Plini, its good because you dont need speak other lenguaje for understant
Man I may be in the minority but I get a lot of emotional fulfillment from
Chon in general, you should check out other songs
dude same ive been obsessed with this band for years. Ive showed friends this band and most think its insane-o but some do think its weird but its def my cup of tea
ur not
Good video!!! Chon is one of my favorite bands
Listened to CHON while I was a writer and needed to keep my creativity sharp. Listening to bands like this l, just kept my brain working.
You should check out the band Dance Gavin Dance. They’re very technical and have some of the same elements of Chon but with both singing and screaming vocals.
I mean, I wouldn't call them very technical while in a Chon comment section :P Although they'd be a good band to check out.
@@donniegnar5571 fair enough lol.
uhhhhh.....
@@sekijou3622 they are trying Mr swan rn
You got a genuine explaination of that the best music is when you thought it will fall out of the track but it isnt and that makes it a masterpiece.
this vid has the old bassist, which isn't a camarena brother
So?
in the vid he talked about them being brothers
@@shanebywater6628 ah
Possibly my favourite chon song right now 👌
Quick note, the bassist in this vid is their old bassist, Drew Pelisek. He now plays bass for Fall of Troy. Esiah is their current bassist. Erick is no ones brother lol
That’s really rad he plays for FOT now. When I first heard Chon, that was the first artist I thought of. Very similar vibes, albeit quite different styles.
"it's not talent" i had no idea this channel existed but i am now a big fan.
i think that's Drew playing bass in this session, Elias came (back?) after Drew's departure
Whoa breakdown the song component. Looking forward to your content!
This song was an unfortunate pick i think most of their other songs are very melodic and express different ideas, puddle is more of just like a jam session
This is the one I wish more people reacted to. Imo its easily the tightest and cleanest (and best recorded, thanks audiotree sound engineers) of any of their sets
CHON
More Chon please!
Good idea!
@@MusicShed Sweet! Some of their newer songs have more added to the mix that you would enjoy I think! Really tite band and they are great live. They have vocals on some songs too, might I suggest Nayhoo. Its a lot different than Puddle.
hey man this was the first video of yours ive seena nd i really liked it. if you could do IChika Nito Hes the artist who inspired me to start playing again i would appreciate it if you reacted to him
i think the band hikes(from Austin , TX) would be a great listen to on here as well
Pinegrove-Rings (Pallet Session)
can i recommend dance gavin dance; nothing shameful, or man of the year?
Please react to “Mountains of Creation.” It’s Chon’s best!
want to hear your take on "Stella" by Arch Echo Machine Shop live version
The sun-genre of music that they fall under has been dubbed "swancore" by fans. If you love instrumentation and style like this but would like to hear it with lyrics, check out bands like stolas, cat company, icarus the owl, and nova charisma.
I think the more common term is math rock.
@@coal_91 i wouldn't consider those bands as mathrock. Chon? A lot more so. But mathrock bands are bands like American Football, TTNG, Narco Debut and The Mars Volta
@@jakemorse7232 bro thats mid west emo
Check out waterslide by chon
It's like Piglet without the hooks.
Do death note by polyphia. Incredible tonality and rhythm.
you must hear murphy radio from samarinda
You wanna talk about music about to fall off the track? You gotta check out Zazen Boys. This old live performance is a personal favourite: ruclips.net/video/28_4MxwJTME/видео.html
How about you try a different song live? Perhaps Waterslide or If live?
great video, but you gotta adjust your camera and center yourself just a tiny bit better man!
Yes, we effed up that one
Nintendo prog
YEA
given the reasons you liked this track...you might find "Heart of Darkness" by Grim Salvo interesting. ruclips.net/video/siWJ1rDU-fE/видео.html
This is their worst song
What does “worst” mean?
Loool
