Even though I wouldn't call CNN "fake news" (sure, they cherry pick and embellish the news like every other large mainstream news organization) I think Trump was 50% speaking his mind and 50% just trying to say the most upsetting thing possible to shut that reporter up. He cut taxes on the poorest and richest people which lead to more loans being taken out, more home purchases, and more people being hired. Obama stated that Trump could nevee get the Economy any further than it was, never 3% growth, never bring jobs back from overseas, then tried to take credit when Trump actually got it done. Of course Obama had an economic revovery, it's expected after a downfall. It's no different from a Marathon Runner getting injured then recovering back to how they were. It takes even more work to get even faster than before that's what Economic Recovery is. Many Studies show that his Economic Recovery was 30%-50% slower than the average.
