you are making a bad example for people, evelynn is super weak early until acquiring enough ap and phase rush will rarely make a difference since e already gives movement speed for escape after a failed burst you are not just giving away your damage rune and also giving away small runes which provide you early ap evelynn lacks, combined ap ratio is insanely high compared to base damage of skills on evelynn
@@CryEntertainment Did i say anywhere it was good? No. All i said was it was a Silly build used by someone Good. The build is horrible, yes. However, does it look fun in quickplay/draft? Yes. Is it fun in Quickplay/Draft? After trying it myself, I'd say yes. I tweaked the runes a little but it was quite similar to Predator MS Evelynn in zooming around was fun
