If I may ask, how is exercise after a hip surgery. I’m 46 and will have a new hip in about a month. I have ZERO hesitation, but I’m very curious about exercise afterward.
Life changing! I had both of them replaced 4 and half years ago. I walk with no thoughts about it. I average 3 miles a day. The initial pain was completely different than the damaged hip. As soon as I could I had the second one done 4 weeks later.
@@vincentlee2107 I'm 71 now and I had this done in 2016. I can say that it's extended my life. I have driven a school bus since retiring from 40 years in the auto repair business. Had this done on my right hip today. I'm 24 years old and used to be an active walker. But at 21 my leg started to get limpy to the point my joints actually fused together. Doctor got me out 6 hours after I got brought back! I'm already doing much better.
