I have been trying to put this together for 2 days. My washer was upside down and i was scared to twist it too hard... perfectly put together now! Thank you for this great video
OMG!!! Thank you sooooo much!! I had to literally search and find instructions for this! I was like, how did this come without any instructions 🤦🏾♀️. Now I feel silly, because it was really simple (after you explained it ☺️)!
Good to know I wasn’t going crazy! Mine was already put together, but one of the little stinky out pieces was thinker then the other and wouldn’t twist. I thought I was just doing it wrong! I ended up shaving it down a little and it worked perfectly 😊
Thanks for this I tried so many ways was ready to send it back as faulty as couldn’t get the screw to move. I’d leave it but with a toddler and a cat I need super security lol
the thinner washer doesnt go on top like that... i found your video as i was unsure where it went and got so frustrated as it was just loose in the warmer if you tipped it and thought surely not! turns out you just put it on top of the thicker warmer for it to secure snug... just thought i would comment so others dont spend ages trying to figure out why it isnt fitting right haha
Rhiannon Griffiths the thinner washer is added in case the thicker washer isn’t quite enough to make the shade stable.. sorry if that was unclear in my instructions xx
I usually start with one cube and then if the fragrance is strong enough, leave it at that.. if not, you can add one more cube to the dish.. I wouldn’t add too much more than that as the dishes are small on the mini’s and you don’t want to risk spillage! The mini’s are great for smaller rooms like bathrooms, closets or laundry’s! For larger rooms, I’d go with a full size warmer that can take up to 4-5 cubes (the number of cubes to be used on each full size warmer is written on the base of the warmer dish 😉)
Hi Jennifer, you can purchase replacement bulbs through your Scentsy consultant! If you don’t have a consultant and are based in Australia or NZ, you can shop through my website jessiebelle.Scentsy.com.au or outside of Australia, go to www.Scentsy.com 😊
PLEASE help me. I cannot get my mom’s plug in unit because it has 3 prongs, one of which is plastic so right now it’s serving as a blocker. It’s blocking me from plugging it in. This is so frustrating. Do you have any advice? I got her this scency as a gift and it’s more challenging than not… thanks in advance for your help. Please help me. Please advise how to remove this plastic third prong on the outlet… it’s soo weird?? I have no idea why it’s there??? By the way, this video didn’t help me at all because I have 3 prongs on my outlet. You have two, like normal. Thank you.
@@jessicamiller565 thanks so much for reaching out! I’m in the United States of America. I live in the state of Florida. My mom lives in the state of Indiana. I was given this scentsy as a gift from one of my Kindergarten students I taught last year. I regifted the gift to my mom because I knew she’d love it more than I would. So, I never had a consultant nor did I know consultants for this product existed? This is very bizarre- having 3 prongs, one of which is plastic? How can we solve this problem so she can use this candle? Thank you so much! Regine (and Marie, my mom) :)
SychosisPatient hi there! Do you mean the globe isn’t lighting up anymore? If so, you can contact your local scentsy consultant to order a replacement! If the globe is new and it’s still not working, it is covered by a lifetime warranty so your mum can contact the consultant she purchased it from to organise a replacement.. hope that helps!
Hey Donna! Scentsy is totally safe to leave on 24/7.. our wax is designed to melt at low temps so there is nothing to worry about should you forget to switch it off x
I've heard of folks letting it cool/harden, and then simply peeling it off and saving it so you can use it again, instead of throwing it out. I'm not sure if that's what you're "supposed" to do, but I don't see why you can't reuse it
King02tutt 0 it’s super easy to change wax using a couple of cotton wool balls! Drop them in the melted wax and they’ll soak it all up.. remove then wipe out with a tissue and pop your fresh wax in! It’s that simple!
Sofia Roselyn Roselyn you can always get a replacement globe Sofia! If you’re in Australia, you can order from my website www.jessiebelle.scentsy.com.au xx

Thanks! Scentsy needs this instruction... but don’t give it- but YOU did... you’re the best! Ta
Thank you! The instructions in the box weren’t the clearest, so this video helped me a lot. Hope mine looks as good as yours tonight.
D L I hope you’re enjoying your mini warmer! If you’re needing a top up of wax, feel free to check my website www.jessiebelle.scentsy.com.au xx
Thank you! I was so scared to twist and break my pumpkin plug in! ❤
Thank you so much for your help the introduction don't have diagrams show how to do it 😊
Anybody know how long you can keep the warmers on? Can it be 24/7 and just change the bulbs and melts when needed ? So confused about that help please
The warmers are completely fine to leave on 24/7! And exactly what you said, change the wax when you want/need to and the bulbs when needed!
The second washers is to go at the bottom if needed as they are hand made and are different thickness so it just in case you need a thinner one
deeccc1 thank you for clarifying!
nice, thank you. was wondering how to change the bulb and the plug being able to rotate is an amazing touch i didnt know about. (mom gave it to me)
Thank you so much! You seem very kind.
So glad this video exists. I had no fucking clue what I was doing xD

Thanks for this coz it wasn’t fitting right and because I couldn’t adjust the shade to where the screw goes . Started to lose it abit haha
How many melts done it take? I can’t find the number 🤦🏼♀️

Thank you for this demo! I was also struggling and didn’t realize the smaller washer sits just under the prongs.
