Shadow Demon Aghs Bug 7.35d

I ran into a bug where if you drop shadow demons aghs then pick it up, the 2nd charge to his Demonic Purge and Shard do not resume cooldown until the spell is used. I was doing this to be more efficient with my mana from the lotus.
I noticed a little too late ingame that my 2nd charge cooldown was stuck I even pinged it in teamchat (cannot be viewed in replay, stuck at "Ability Cooldown 52sec") it stayed stuck on CD for 5mins
I made sure to record long enough that had the cooldowns worked properly I definitely would have 2 charges on my Ult and Shard. I don't think it impacted that particular game as much but I believe it is a bug. :)
