When I first heard this in 2019 the whole album was just awesome but then to end the record with this masterpiece just blew me away! I love how throughout the song Anders’ voice keeps breaking when he sings “Stay with me” like he’s on the verge of breaking down, then at the very end, after all that build up he finally releases the greatest scream in metal and it all just feels so earned! I literally can’t listen to this song without tearing up. Every single time.😢

I definitely belong to the early era of In Flames, but they have many amazing songs off the later albums aswell, and this is one of them.
