Adam was the best person ever on Idol He really won in my eyes he was way above everyone else on the show. But that being said I am so happy he didn't let that deter him from sharing his talent with us. Thank you Adam for the music you do it well young man Love and peace
I did watch his virtual live concert, and loved every minute of it. I wrote a post on Facebook encouraging all of my friends to support musicians through this pandemic by paying to see them live, and not wait for a pirated version to be posted on RUclips. I saw Adam live with Queen. I am tiny, 4 ft 10 in, and was getting crushed by the crowd, so I escaped out of the mosh pit to stand on some steps leading up to the seated area. Adam walked out onto a platform into the crowd. I stuck out my arm and wagged my finger at him because I was enjoying his performance so much - he apparently saw me, and wagged his finger back at me. Such a gentleman - from his days on American Idol he always struck me as a real caring human being. So happy for his success, and well-deserved fame.
I have to admit, I have only seen American Idol through the RUclips compilation of his performances, and I see your point. After he lost, even after, according to Paula Abdul saying, after his first a cappella rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody, that he was "the best we have seen in every city", I found it hard to take American Idol seriously as a true talent competition. Adam killed it every week, and I find it hilarious that he took his sitar guided performance of Ring of Fire on the road with him, after Simon called it "indulgent rubbish."

Well when I was watching this the Adam Lambert in this video I'm just trying to turn this connection not the internet connection in human connection into an hour I can't say anymore cuz I don't want everybody to get hurt over someone else's words! I'm in love with my Adam but someone that's supposed to have brought me money as trying to make me look crazy they did not bring money and if they were smart they would make sure they don't cheat also and guarde me as their lives would depend on it!
Oh, no, oh great! I had two three dreams in this musical style, I would have a concept for a scenario. Adam was there, and many aktors, dancers and singers, but I recognized it's sth funny going on, they started to be happy and then, one histerized young, black girl crying wanted to leave the show, that looked so funny!! Couple days later, I had another dream. They came to me, the same place and asked again if I come, I sad, oh that's you, sure, then I went through different rooms and at once I see, I'm sorry its sounds maybe stupid now, but. I was more extremely shocked, seeing, in a show, musical, Mr. George Michael, actually no reason to wonder, such a famous personality, or!? Then I got to the first room and there, where before the door were opening by pushing to side, this time somehow was standing between the rooms wonderful woodcache, so, no simple straight one but fantasious curwed one part. This took me for moment my breath, was so beautiful moment, and Adam Lambert was on my left side. This piece, stood this time in the way between the two rooms, were on the other side were still the rest of actors and acting, singing... Then, Adam asked me, if I would check the other side and if I see their some bad.. Then, I went forward, people started talk sth, then came some persons, and one middle ages woman, in green, left angry and walked back the stairs down, so like she came there. The others stood there, but atmosphere was claryfing.. We walked with Adam after the woman to see where she goes, but she went down the stairs, and then I told, that she mighted to make everybody so, confused and we must take care of her, than, I didn't know, which direction to go, left or right, to the first room to calm, or there to people, then I decided to the people, and then Adam stood my Way and kissed me, and let me down, then I woke up, in my bed. Wow, that everything was simply overwhelming. I would be pleased, if sbdy would give some sign if knows sth about that. Or better, to see this in musical, because its wonderful full story. Greet, bye.

not going to lie . . . . a musical with a bunch of contributors sounds terrible. there will be no cohesive sound! there is a reason why maybe four people at most are considered the creators and writers of a show. he might as well just write an album with these people instead.
I agree with you that a traditional musical should have music and lyrics created by the same team of composers throughout, but Juke Box musicals do use multiple composers and previously recorded material like in Rock of Ages and Moulin Rouge. Lambert may be striving for that kind of nontraditional, rock opera style.

I agree, both concerts were great for different reasons, but I felt so bad for Adam because he looked a little lost without a live audience.

I don’t think collaboration or contribution should have a number limit on it, especially a musical.
Adam is so talented that he can do whatever he wants and it would be a success.
