@@michaelbaker2718 there's already a non-insignificant number of reports of raccoons trying to get into them because they presumably mistake them for dumpsters
I can't bear to go through all the comments and see if anyone has already mentioned this, but for the tablet holder I would make a slot in the wedge and attach it with a bolt, because that wedge will disappear very quickly I think
You still need to find a way to integrate 19" racks into the table if you're aiming for the music producer audience. The monitor stands could be an opportunity for that.
That tablet holder wedge is 100% going to get lost. Any way to attach it to the magnetic base? Something like a slot and slider to keep the wedge attached to the base and still usable. Maybe also add a small finger hold on the wedge to make it easier to slide back out.
A Shelf!!!!! Success!!! I've been asking to see it a while now and its a really great rendition! Thanks Ed! Table name: The Hound & Home Table/ Home & Hound
The Dog Bed Coffee Table should be the PetTable. That bed will also work great for cats. Seriously, cats love sleeping in small, confined spaces like the bed area
That wedge being used as a shim to hold up the tablet holder now needs to be a part of other rail accessories like the Hobby Shelf since the new Wyrmwood standard is to have them be loose and floppy in the rail like that tablet holder is.
12:00 Having strips of steel embedded into the keyboard tray + monitor stand to use their LTT cable management magnets and other magnetic things would be awesome, and could also serve as bracing for the tray wobble
To keep it from wobbling. Put in 2 guide tracks that are only connected to the back panel of the draw. This keeps the same ascetics, but prevents the wobbles and is the simplest change. You see this on wide drawer filing cabinets, the big 5ft wide ones. The only difference is they put those rails on the bottom of the drawer. You have the back wall of the drawer. You could simply raise up the shelf in the back a bit. Do it so it's on the outside of the indent. This should also help with and weight sagging in the drawer long term.
Desk input- Focus on mounting points like magnetic rails, robust clamp points , bolt holes ect. A ton of tech gets mounted/placed on desks, providing a possible solution to mount or place will sell units. -That tablet table extension should be redesigned as more "permanent" mounted side table/extension. (Speakers, small printers, routers, not in use laptop/tablet, ect.) Its an amazing solution for things I occasionally need at my desk but not at arms reach, and lets people get the small extra bit of desk space later down the line if they need it.
Quick comment about the keyboard tray. With the backing of the tray essentially open, I foresee a lot of things either falling/rolling off the back. Could greatly improve it if you added a gasket-like material or wide rubber grommet so that cords can fit but stuff wont slide through
For the desks, the best change would be to make enough space for a titan secret lab chair (or other similar chair) to be able to fully fit and rotate in the large desk and be able to add the storage below the desk.
5:35 the shelf could be good for magazines, game guide books, to put the 'coffee table books' on when there's like food or drink on the table, or for board games. so having it adjustable is a good idea.....although i have a doggo so that's what i'm really looking forward and saving for the table.
Here are my 2 cents. doggy coffeetable: sign me up! modular gaming desk: You really need a different Sit-Stand-Deskframe. That rod in between of the desklegs is a shin killer. tablet holder: that wedge...
I’d love to see a magnet on the wedge for the tablet holder. I imagine that when removing it, you could easily forget about the wedge and it would fall
I like the desk, but I've been looking for something that would help me have a drop-leaf in the front, like on the left side, where I could do crafting projects (basically turn a rectangle table into a L-Shape as needed) or as a teacher grade papers, or something.
In my house the gamer keyboard goes ON the desk, not under it. Now the slopey guy? I can put cans of mountain dew, some cheesey poofs and store controller/headphones in it. Slope supremacy 100%
I know y’all probably won’t see this comment, but I’d bet money that a piece of furniture people don’t realize they want is a writer’s desk. You should consider bringing back the older style of writing desks-the kind that can fold away to hide the workspace. I love gaming on my computer, but we don’t have room for a desk in our house that’s aesthetically pleasing. Right now, my desk is in the living room, and it’s an eyesore. We bought an antique one for my wife, who just uses a laptop, and she loves it! But as someone who prefers a bigger screen and a desktop setup, there’s nothing like that available.
The sloped tray COULD be said to be for device storage. Tablet and laptop and so on. It needs openings in the back for cables or at the very least notches for such. But honestly the large keyboard tray is still way better utility wise.

under mounted drawer slides might be a solution to give an upscale look. The manufacturer Salice, makes an under mounted slide that would solve your racking issue too.
On the coffee table, instead of notching a place to lift the top, just make the top larger so that it overhangs a half inch or so. That provides a surface to grip and makes it look cleaner, because the gap is ugly. For the desk, you can add a support for the middle to help with some of the wobble by notching the back portion and putting a wooden rail mated to the notch. You may need to thicken the area where it is notched and the fit should be relatively tight, but it should help fix the issue.
I feel like of the tablet holder is going to have a metal arm attached to it the mount to the table should just be plastic like some of the new MGT cup holder will be. I feel like the clash between the beautiful wood and then the metal arm is very stark, and wonder if it would look more uniform with a plastic base, albeit not as premium obviously
I agree with Ed, a true truck can haul plywood flat on the bed tailgate closed...my biggest gripe with the ctruck is if you wanted the huge battery capacity...go f yourself basically, an addon battery pack that eats up your truck bed capacity is the worst solution possible.
For the tablet holder, Maybe just make a mounting point? so that people can use any holders they currently have or other tech they need to mount? ( camera for streaming board games , IDK)
