Indeed. It always matters on the drawing skills. No matter how expensive your drawing material/gadget is, if the person lacks in skills, its useless. But there is always room for improvement.

I use both procreate and ibispaintx but i don't think i see much difference between them, i even find ibispaintx easier to use
