-Nokta makro The Legend Pro Pack with 11" and 6" coils
-Nokta Makro simplex plus with standard 11" coil and wireless headphones
-SP24 9.5" X 5" coil (bought seperately)
-Garrett AT pro pointer (garrett carrot)
-Garrett edge digger with holster
-Black ADA stainless steel spartan spade
-Searcher pro finds and tool bag
-Searcher spray bottle
-Go pro hero 9 black (mostly used on chest mount)
-Samsung galaxy s20 for close up videos and photos

I have to admit that I am a bit envious of you folks metal detecting across the pond.. to be able to pull up relics and coins from the 12th century is absolutely amazing! I'm enjoying my Legend, as I'm sure you are as well! Thanks for a very entertaining video!

The new update is great as it keeps the last frequency you were on as well. I know it only one button press, but it was a little annoying having to set it every time lol 😆.

Cool finds. I just got my NO-k-ta today. I've detected since 1973. Sometimes I wonder how people used to just run around dropping coins all over the place - lol. Lucky for us.
Thanks mate 👍. I've always found it strange how many coins were lost in the past, yet today, you rarely find a modern coin while walking down the street 🤔. Maybe they were just more clumsy Bach then 🤷🏻♂️.

Hahaha 🤣 I honestly wasn't expecting to see one that day lol. But managed to winkle one out in the end, and out of a last resort field that I don't have much off in general and that the first hammered I've had off there 😲.

Took me a while to get to you pal , been tormenting some American tester 😂 but Now I’m here. Always reminds me as a kid when got off my bmx and onto a racer , when have the smaller coil on, feels strange lol did okay seeing you where on .06 , but think if you had .07 , need to go back over those spots lol yes I also found targets where of with .06 ,nokta going in the right direction with the latest update and it’s only early days mate. Exciting times. Take care guys 🙏 great tip with the custom , I’m gonna do that to mine 👌🏻
Haha no worries brother, there are a lot to get through 👍. It's a very odd feeling that little coil lol 😆 like having a crumpet on the end of a stick 🤣🤣.
Definitely will be trying it out again in those busy areas to give it a fair chance on .07.
Nokta are definitely hitting the nail on the head now though, .07 is great 👌.
Saves having to keep remembering to chance the disc pattern every time, makes the experience that much smoother 😉.

I have the same problem with the 6 inch coil I have to put my foot on the coil to straighten it. A good mixture of finds for you Dan did like the fibula well saved. Top job with the Hammered coin don't upset Tom lol. Tom had a good mixture of finds well done to him. Until the next one take care stay safe. John
Yeah, we are all kicking the 6" coil I bet. Doesn't really bother me much.

Hi Dan, loving your videos, Ive subbed! Hey, at 19:22 you're showing your fibula brooch on a piece of stone. That stone looks it might have been worked by human hands. Hard to tell from looking at a video - could have also been fractured by a plow. In any event, you might have some stone-age stuff there as well! Keep up the good work, Im learning a lot about my new Legend from you and its much appreciated.

The item at 14.00 is a Book Clasp,Howsam Type A3,15-16th Cent.I found one just last week exactly the same.Some very nice finds between you.

@@TheDukesOfDerbyshire you're dead right mate, if I remember they had all kinds of problems when the simplex first came out. Hopefully all just teething problems though and I'm sure eventually we are going to have some incredible pieces of kit in our hands 👌😁

nice find I also have the legend but with the new update I don't think it goes that deep anymore? I'm running with the big search coil ... I've set it back to 1.05 how do you like the new update?
It definitely felt a little different, but I couldn't put my finger on it 🤔. I like that it keeps the frequency on the last one you set and she number for the sensitivity shows larger in the centre 👍. As for depth, it didn't seem any different. That william 111 silver was 9"deep 👍

That odd thing you can not quite figure out what it is, well I found one here on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I wonder if it could be a type military badge maybe? If you get an ID on it please let me know, Thanks.
Hi Wayne, if you are talking about the item with the ring and dot engraved on the end, it's a part of a medieval book clasp. Hope that helps buddy.

@@DiggerDanMetalDetecting Where I found it was at a place I stumbled across in the wood detecting that turned out to be a Colonial house site, found a KG 1 1718 there, a scabbard tip end, buttons, lace ends and a big Fleur de Lis bridal ornament, what you think common there is real good stuff here, thanks for the info.

Turn the sensitivity down to discriminate out the numbers, otherwise it will just jump all over the place, like you're experiencing around the 11 minute mark in the video.
