Hi. How do you compute the length of the side where you stitch the main piece to round side pieces? Do you simply make the side equal to the circumference of the circle piece, or do you need to add a bit more? Love your channel, subscribed!
As you know, the length of the main body can be different according to the hardness, thickness of the leather. So I calculate the circumference of the circle and then add a bit. Then i go for it. And see if that fits. Sometimes i have to cut off some.

Well, yes. For some structure, I can calculate the exact side dimension. But sometimes I do start with the main and adjust the side. I decide where to begin. The point here is I just make the holes as usual. Then there's some stitching method (maybe many people already use) I use when stitching holes doesn't match. My next next video is about it!~ I thought about that content because we can't always have matching stitching holes.
