Explanation:
1. 9:53 Vivek Oberoi was a promising star when he entered the industry doing number of good movies. Salman Khan, at that time, used to date Aishwarya Rai but they broke up. She then started dating Vivek. After some time, Vivek called a media press conference at his hotel room where he claimed that Salman Khan (being drunk) abused and threatened him and his parents over phone calls in the middle of the night. In his mind, he was doing the right thing by exposing Salman Khan but it was the stupidest thing he could do because Salman Khan was (and still is) a big name in Bollywood. Due to his actions, movie makers started distancing themselves from him which caused his career to go downhill. Now Vivek Oberoi is just another actor. So the joke was that Vivek Oberoi is still alive (Salman Khan didn't kill him).
2. 10:00 Yes that was the joke that Salman also used to date Katrina Kaif, that he used to be happy with Katrina like Vicky is right now.
