I’m praying for peace . I’ve been suffering from severe panic attacks and anxiety. Last week , I had bad side effects which caused me to have seizures from a medication. Last month I developed ocd thoughts and it’s so miserable. I’ve been praying and keeping the faith. Please pray for me and my family . I know Jesus will deliver me 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️
You will overcome that! I been dealing with anxiety & stress and it’s not been easy. I just keep saying “God my worries belong to you!”.” Just say positive words outloud to transmute the negative thoughts so your mind will start realizing the big picture. It’s not easy but it’s not impossible! YOU GOT THIS BECAUSE GOD GOT YOU! Pslam 55 helps me when my mind is racing!
