I bottle fed a pig and that pig slept with my four dogs until it was time to breed her . If you came to the house ,you where greeted by 4 dogs, two goats, 1 pig and seven geese . We had pigs , cows , chickens . I loved my teenage years . Now at 65 those are the best memories .
It's so freashing to see a Dad being a Dad. I've found myself, being a single Mom, showing my boys what a "man" should know. A lot of praying and reaserching on my end. We spent the weekend trying to learn how to start a fire with a flint. Lol

You had me cracking up when you said you keep a sleeve of cookie dough right in the fridge for snacking. We used to do that until they put the stamp on the side for you to NOT eat raw cookie dough. I always wondered why I got a stomach ache, you must have an iron gut!

Love the sound of those birds trilling in the background when you're feeding eggs to the pigs. You may need to tag team with your Dad to get into Mr T's enclosure to get your shield back. LOL
Lol Mr. T reminds of a rooster who ended up in the pot at an early age. When they are mean sometimes the pot or freezer is the only rehabilitation remaining. I think the girls will be appreciative of a new real gentleman in their life cause Mr. T is anything but.

One idea to use to retrieve your shield is to open a huge umbrella while you enter the doorway and use the fully opened umbrella to back up Mr T to be behind that shield on the ground so you can pick it up. Case can hold the camera and film it or place the camera on a tripod holder to film the action. I’m really glad the Beefy Boys are back in their pen for now!

Back in my garden era, I put in a light fence for the climbing plants to grow on them. It made it easier to pick the produce and it also made weeding a lot easier. I planted cucumber, acorn squash, and green beans, was very successful.

If it wasn’t time to take mr. t to freezer camp, it would be cool to have a long piece of plexiglass with a handle screwed in it so you could see him all the time and push him back. He has not been too nice to the hand that feeds him!

Hello Chad, I have been watching all yr videos from start too upto date... I am aware U run yr farms too how it suits U and yr whole family.. Which is what U should do..I have an idea have U tried too let one of the Girl Turkey's lay and let one sit on the eggs.. U could leave egg each day with Female Turkey (coz U don't eat them. ) As I believe maybe Mr T would tame Alittle , if he realised U don't go into their home without, taking his hard work.. As he takes his job seriously.. very seriously he loves his girls and Mr "T"sees U taking his seeds.. I am Aware you all know best as I do not have a farm or a lot of animals but Mr T's body language tells U that "These are my girls get yr own! Hey I don't really know how good their eyes are but I believe what I've seen Yr Turkey has too much testosterone going through him ATM coz he's girls a beginning to lay regularly.. I am sure U know all this and a lot more then me.. but in my opinion is a experiment which is worth tried.. Anyway Good luck.

Not sure which sunflower types you're growing, but I can't recommend the mammoth sunflowers enough. They're huge and draw more insects/birds to my yard than any other sunflower type I've grown.

So do you & the boys like Butter nut or Accorn squash ⁉️ It stores for months & months in a cool dark place. The kids like it with either butter & brown sugar or maple. They grow on vines so I’d grow them towards the tree side. Just my opinion

I have got some double orange lilies that my dad dig out of highway ditch back in the late 70's. I replanted them and they caught like wildfire. Love having them as a reminder of my parents.

I found a brand of chocolate chip cookie dough at Walmart that is editable! Yup editable says so right on the label it's a bit sweet and grainy from the sugar but that doesn't stop me from cutting off a slice every now an then, makes good cookies too! Adler is just the cutest little thing! So sweet! I wish i lived closer to ya'll so that any time you needed an extra grandma I'd be close enough to volunteer for the job! Much love from So.Cal.💟

This country could learn alit from you guys and then this country back to what it was intended. I never made s lot of money cus I took jobs to keep me hone every night and involved with my kids and a GOOD CHURCH. We are having a pretty wet may in south east UK. All my potted up up plants, lettuce, corn, spinach are waterlogged. Han Solo is the cutest little pig. Love that you chose Star Wars names. I have loved SW since the very first film. Yes, I am that old!!!
My black berries barred fruit fist year, but they were also put in the ground. And shot off new baby bushes. I started with 2 plants, and the next year had 3 new baby shoots. Plant them out in the far yard. In the sun, and give good fruit fertilzer!
I have lots of strawberries. You would be welcome to come and get some but I'm 3-4 hours from you. You could easily get 50 plants. Right now they have berries on them so need to wait until they are done fruiting this year.
I do not have a Facebook account. If you're interested in strawberry plants I could give you my husband's. I watch all videos so just say you are interested in strawberry plants and I will comment.

I have sapphire gems, Rhode Island reds, americano, ALL amazing egg layers. The gems lay eggs bigger then duck eggs daily. I recently added a mixed bunch this spring and they are already out with the bigs.

That Tom Turkey is so mean!!! He would have met the turkey pot a long time ago if he had been on my Grandma's farm! She had a couple of toms roaming the yard, and one of them jumped my baby brother, (about Adler's age), the next evening that Turkey was center piece on the dining room table! Instant turkey karma!
Same Story when my baby brother was attacked by one of grandma's tom turkeys! On the dinner table the next night! You just can't trust them sometimes!

Always best to plant and grow what you love to eat! for me, squash, okra, onions, green beans. Your kids might like scarlet (green) beans or purple (green) beans. They grow purple or scarlet but turn green when cooked! Oh my gosh, funniest darn goat and Smokey. LOL
