  • The Arizona Supreme Court issued new rules last week that require attorneys to reveal evidence that could prove the innocence of a criminal defendant. A forum will be held Saturday, November 23 at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law on Arizona's Stand Your Ground Law. State Representatives John Kavanagh and Martin Quezada discuss the future of AZ's Stand Your Ground Law.

Sounds like the decision has no teeth. Politicly ambitious Prosecutors would never withhold evidence that would help the defense. If you believe that I have a bridge with toll booths for sale.

She says people Target prosecutors for no apparent reason she don't understand why people would feel that way. She should come and ask me why people feel that way about prosecutors their deceitful Liars and they're going to hell for their actions Against Humanity people want to know why we can't make it as a society it's because we put these powerful people in charge that take advantage of every single step that they take and every single person that they come to just because they are that powerful
