    Wow! For those of us that have completely changed our diets to a biblical diet that looks amazing. I have given up sausage because I can’t get it without pork fat unless it is Turkey sausage and that just tasted weird. What a blessing from Yah.

    When linking your sausage, it works real well if you turn towards you 3 times and the next one turn away from you 3 times and keep alternating - they are less likely to unwind on you. It looks delicious!

    You have done a great job with the sausage, Simon and Julia. I am getting a grinder soon to start my own homemade meat products, so you are inspiring your viewers to live a better, cleaner and tastier lifestyle 👏👍. I started cheese making because of your sisters 'The Cheese Twins' and it is such a rewarding hobby. Biegel Family, I thank you for your knowledge and content. May Our Lord and Saviour bless you always. 🙏

    Very cool! I’ve been looking into meat grinders for just this reason. Do you have a video on cleaning the casings?

    • @fourseasonsnorth
      @fourseasonsnorth  2 года назад +2

      No, not yet... it's not the prettiest thing to video, haha! It does take time and some skill. We found some good ones on YT that helped us.

    You guys always make all the things look so easy. I have a grinder that I've only used once to make something I cannot recall what, but the whole reason I bought it was to make sausage and I've been too intimidated to even try. 🤣

    Are you using beef intestine for breakfast sausage as well or collagen casing? I wasn’t aware beef intestine was that small?! Would also like to know what brand of grinder you use? Love your videos Friends! Shabbat shalom!

      Hi Alexis, yes you're right, we used collagen casings for the breakfast sausage. Beef casings are quite large. We're looking forward to when we can use smaller casings from our sheep. Our meat grinder is a stainless steel ROK 1 HP meat grinder. Thanks for your comment and Shabbat Shalom to you and yours!

    How do you cook the beef casing sausage for the casing not to be chewy?
    What temperature and how long if we want to smoke them?

  • @stephanienuce7711

    Can you share the recipe mix for the sausage?

    Doesn’t the meat have to be REALLY cold ? When I processed deer meat last year in mine for breakfast sausage (not in casings) with tallow for the fat I don’t think I had it cold enough and it was a big pain and clogged up my grinder plate..

    • @fourseasonsnorth
      @fourseasonsnorth  2 года назад

      We haven't bothered about it being super cold
