They do!! Jarod's not the most focused expert but that's why he's entertaining. And let's be honest - Conan didn't bring animal experts in for "education" - it's all to play off the animal antics. He just got more of that with Jarod 😂

I think conan was too busy cracking jokes and didn't let Jarod tell something, even if he was to tell something Conan would just cut him and crack a joke like when Jarod was about to tell about beaver's tail and then the oil on skin, similarly when he was about to tell about the owl and his "horns"

Jarod looks like a middle schooler trying really really hard to give a good presentation on animals and the whole class is making fun of him.
He’s extremely unprofessional and gave a total of 2 facts during the whole thing, one of them being wrong. He said they have 100 lb of pressure in their jaws talking about the croc. A god damn croc has 3600lb/inch squared of pressure in their jaw, is this guy fr?

Dude there was this one time that he was holding a boa with David Mizejewski and it curled its tail around his hand and cut off circulation. Conan was saying loudly that the snake had his hand and it took David a good ten seconds to finally look over and realize that he wasn't joking and poor Conan's hand was starting to turn purple. Sometimes Conan is a little too chill for his own good.

I always enjoyed the animal segments on talk shows. Always a great candid moment. I’m really curious how strong a beaver’s bite is now. I never really thought of it, but biting through a broomstick is impressive! I always just imagined them casually chewing the bark to make their dams.
