this isnt the only time this happened. my state (Assam) was witness to such massacres back in the 80s and 90s.

Don't try to spin this around when there is overwhelming evidence to suggest otherwise. No naga militiants has ever done a terrorist attack on any Indian states, it's a fight between two armies and they should keep it that way or hurry up with the solution.

This is what Indian CRPF does , it has been going on for 35 years , punjab, kashmir, Assam,Manipur, Nagaland etc.

@Truth Prevails May I say that what happened last month did not happen in Nagaland, A army jawan of the same tribe also died in that attack. Just as Delhi is not Mumbai, Nagaland is also not Manipur. Nagas also lost an army jawan brother in that attack. So shut your hole if you don't know the ground realities.

Secondly, our HM mentioned that the Security forces stop the vehicle but they (miners)" TRY" to flee which is why the terrorist intentionally open fire upon poor miners n brutally killed 6 on the spot (humbly request maj.Gaurav Arya to kindly explain to our HM how Ambush /Nakabandi/Frisking is done by forces in India . AFSPA is nothing but a draconian law passed by parliament to humiliate the Nagas and has been continuing for 5,6 decades, this should be immediately repealed. Remove this tyrannical Law from any Democratic country. This law has taken many Nagas' life. It's only because of social media this incident has been a highlight. Before social media, many such incidents have taken place and we have experienced them first hand.

SC should declare law Void and Extraneous , or atleast put certain limitations and guidelines on power of Legislature ,, there is nothing In law that can stop court to Order writ of Declaration
No sovereign is above the law , in a democratic and Repubilcan state , Its totally Chargeable under IPC... An act of Tort do have some exceptions ,but Not in crime , neither a reasonable apprehension of Threat to army at that instant !!Judiciary shall Take all Cognizance ,and punish According to lex loci , neither of the acts did fall under Exceptions jn IPC. And shall be executed for culpable homicide atleast , Law is Law Armies are no different.

Why two different laws in one country! Why discrimination against the northeast state. Why veto to article 15 to the northeast state. Is AFSPA which is implemented decades ago really a solution to bring peace in the northeastern states?
