Some of the characters are farmable so they are basically budget so it should be okay (also I stay up till 5 am everyday to watch these and I love them so much thanks keeby)
I think he means that even though those characters are farmable new players or some players won't have them at SS or even higher unless they've played this game since close to global release or have whaled to get it there. and for the newer players it would take them over a year to get some of them to SSS if they are farmable.
I don't mind the characters with high rank, i think the way the things are going now are fine. People who are here looking for a guide are probably in doubt what signets to take or how to play a certain valk on ER, so i guess the rank of the Valkyrie doesn't matter, just say what rank you think a valk should be to clear it and move on.

@@Elainyan but how long tho? 6 pieces per week from MA (starting from lv70+ btw). 100 pieces for SS amd 200 for SSS. That means someone would need to play MA for 50 weeks (a full year) assuming they can keep getting pieces in that pace. Sure, there will be event and there’s some stamps, but the point is ome eithe have to start very early on or whale massively in order to get that level quickly. Farmable, yes, but if it takes years to farm, is it still farmable?
FR without her pri is so painful, i have 3/4 with Irene TB and her weapon which would soon be 4/4 but without her pri i cant even do it cause of the dmg boost and QoL on her pri (captain 78 here)

I’m fine with higher rarity runs. In fact I think after finishing budget gear 2.75x runs you should just do regular gear runs just so we can see who can potentially be the fastest non budget runner
I know this was video was 4 weeks ago but if I'm correct FR is one of the valkyries if not THE only valkyrie where you can use Aponia Signets so I was expecting you to use atleast one Aponia signet, but meh you already did it

You can't do it if you don't have charge bar (the one above her hp)

Just Evade and hold ATK after and your Evade should proc her Charged ATK.

for me it’s ok for the signature weapon, but f2p stings are interesting actually because sometimes is easier to get the weapon then the set

SN can also use it + sakura sp signet, since whenever she ults she loses all her sp
