Remind me of fat young lady with four fat children I saw cart at checkout and it all junk food ice cream, frozen dinner, donut, cereal, cheeto, fried chicken, soda pop, bag of candy, and more I see no vegetable, water, fruit, nothing healthy I weigh 150 and 5 foot 9 and I think I fat but this lady maybe 5 foot 3 and 250 pound she look like wrecking ball with legs. I bet if she have sex with man she crush rib. I went back to China to see family week ago for Chinese new year and people in China get fat like American now people need stop eat so much it killing them. I blame fast food and all frozen food for this problem my nephew work at McDonald in Lanzhou and when I see him he gain maybe 30 pound from last year and he bring food home to my sister and she gain weight too so it sad to see.

Your Bible study was livestreaming so I fired it up and within sixty seconds you hit us with the Proverbs 3:5-6, which is my personal favorite verse, but one I definitely forget about because I've been wandering for several years. The Lord is using you for great things, my friend. In that moment, I felt a needed sense of calm - I don't know that the future holds and that's OK. Need to get back on the path.
