Here the thing I noticed when I really started listening to that inner voice. Self love begins with the conversation we have with ourselves. The way in which I spoke to myself I would never think of talking to someone else like that. There was nothing loving in the conversations I was having with me. I had to learn to tone it down, be kind, considerate and respectful to ME. In doing so it aloud me to move forward more gracefully.
Hi Carol, I read your post and it really got me to thinking, especially the part where you said "The way in which I spoke to myself I would never think of talking to someone else like that." I started thinking about some of the things I say to myself when I make a mistake or compare myself to others (I know it's not wise) and you are right I would never say those things to others, so why do I say them to myself. I always try to be kind, considerate and encouraging to others so why not to myself.
Hi Rhonda, all I can say is that at this point in my life I'm learning to have a loving relationship with Me and in turn making far better choices as well. Much love my friend
In life we are the worse enemies to ourselves. But now I'm starting to appreciate myself and love myself more and more. Because no one else can do that for me. Only me!!! I'm working to validate myself more!!
I started to love myself and I found myself again, I have fallen many times, learned from it. I was pleasing and looking for love outside, now I focus on myself❤️ thank you dear Lisa🙏🏼 Love from Amsterdam
I truly believe in your advice about self love. It’s hard to love yourself and show how you want to be treated when people, especially your parents, wants you to be who they want you to be and how you used to be instead of just celebrating the woman you are becoming. I am so happy I found you on RUclips and started to do the work to gain abundance. I’m excited about where this journey will take me and even more excited that you are leading the way.
As the tears streamed down my face,, I realized I finally love myself so deeply that I will am willing to fall forward, pick myself back up and move ahead... it took me 55+ years to get to this point of revelation and I can say it feels bittersweet.. some of the sadness is from the inner child healing, but the excitement is from the woman who has grown so much and is still growing....with every breath..
“Your first job is to love yourself” and “you can set the best example of how you want the world to treat you.” Wow. Thank you. After this message on my daily walk, I said to myself, “I love me. I love myself.” Felt weird, but powerfully emotional and felt like I hadn’t said that to myself and need to do this on a daily basis. Thank you Lisa!
This was the reminder I needed this morning. It is absolutely amazing how we can love someone else, motivate them, and put them ahead of ourselves before we ever believe in ourselves. Another part of self love is being able to meet someone where they are and not be upset because they don't and will never see what you see in yourself. My Dad just yesterday said, as adults you just have to do what you have to do to take care of your families. I know you want to start a business but there is no reason you can't just keep your job and do that on the side. He said, that's what's wrong with you. Now I know he didn't mean it the way it came out, but those seeds of doubt were planted a long time ago and I am now pulling the roots out of the dirt and throwing them in the garbage. God instilled some many visions, and ideas in me for a reason and even if the vision is cloudy and undefined, I am going to love myself enough to work as hard as I must to be able to live out my purpose, not just work because you're supposed to. After all, it might fail but it just may be a success!!!!! Thanks you Lisa!
Well, to be precise.... I loved your views on Success. True, my success should be defined by me. It can't be as per someone else's viewpoint. That I've been believing since few years. And, honestly people do have problems with that 😁. Secondly, I loved your comment on self-love. I've made up my mind and started minding my own business while caring for self first. Love you Lisa. Thanks! With love... From India.
Dear Lisa, I'm Maria. I'm touched that you said we are sisters. That fills my heart with love and I need that. I hear ya. I'm going to cheer myself on just like I do for my daughters and nephews at their soccer games (even though I don't have a job- I never had good $ making ability, but I believe someday I will lend and not borrow)! !
"No" is a complete sentence. As a person hardwired with a servant's heart, this message hits home. I have to put the mask on myself first....and be ok with setting those boundaries, so I can be the best version of myself to serve others. Serve from my overflow, not my lack. Awesome words!!!
Lisa, I've always put other people's happiness first and leave myself for last because I didn't think I deserved to be happy. Everything you said made sense. For the first time in my life, I am beginning to have clarity in how I truly see myself. It's like peeling away the layers of an onion - revealing areas where change is required and where new growth and personal develoment have been made. I feel priviledged to be a member of this tribe!
"Show up for yourself the way you show up for others!" This truly hit home. So many of us do soooo much for others (kids, co workers, family, anyone who crosses our path), but most times we forget or don't have time to make sure that WE are okay. ...and then we wonder why we're so exhausted, drained or on edge. If we did as much for ourselves as we do for others, WE WOULD HAVE SO MUCH MORE TO GIVE!
Yes Lisa, YES!! I healed my life, my health, my friendships and the relationship with myself with self-love. And now I dedicate my life to helping others. It's magic and when you really learn how to love yourself, your life will NEVER ever be the same. Thank you for sharing your truth Lisa. I love you! ❤❤
I know what it looks like to give love to others, to give words of encouragement, to give support, time and energy and cheerleading others on. Showing up for myself in those ways is the real challenge that I'm working on. Thanks for reminding me that this is something that requires inner listening - to me, my soul. As always, thank you Lisa for these words. They moved me to tears.
Self love has been a complete new land for me that has challenged me a lot. I am 62 now and for the first time in my life I have stepped out of being an employee and now setting my own business up. Doing this I hit the wall of self love very hard... as I found it so difficult to feel what I wanted and what made me feel good... All my life I have been doing good for others ...in order to be a good person... So this is a huge and very exiting new path.. I have been listening to you Lisa Nichols for some years... really your story and the way you put words has opened my heart and learned me the importance of this step too.. to realise that it is your birth right to be loved is amazing words.. thank you for all you do
Thanks a lot mum. I am a French speaking man in love of English. So,I am doing my best to catch your teaching. It's a great privilege for me to discover you and your teaching that is positively changing the world.
Thank you Lisa. This is something I have been learning for the past 18 months. My husband moved out just 6 weeks ago after a 21 year abusive marriage. In those 18 months I witnessed how loving myself shifted my energy in such a way that all the toxic relationships I agreed to for so many years started to fall away. Self love drove me to be honest with me first then with all around me. I set personal boundaries and calling out my deal breakers. Never before had I done that because I was trained from very young to be invisible - at the beck and call of others - be other's supply. So when I finally started to call out my truth my world shifted in days - literally. It's amazing what is happening in my life right now - it's scary but awesome at the same time. I feel truly blessed to be on this journey of self discovery because I know my future is going to be outstanding. I am unstoppable.
"No is a complete sentence." I really needed to hear this right now. Building up my self love after a few knocks recently. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your pearls of wisdom❤
" Give yourself a chance "That nugget brings up many tears for me. What I am present to is that the tears are speaking of how hard I am on myself. Thank you for sharing and allowing us to share.
"I;m the best example of how I want the world to treat me". If I heard it once I heard it a million times, but today My beloved Lisa, I HEARD it for real. I am a selfless giver, who has recently included myself in the equation, praise be to god. However, I have a lot of takers in my life who do not reciprocate because I have taught them by example that I can take care of myself by myself and so they let me! Hopefully in time I can change that and communicate to others that i can receive as well as i can give. Bless you Lisa Nichols you are an inspiration in every way!
I needed to hear “I have to give myself another chance.” I got so busy loving others that I forgot on how to love myself and what I really want to do and be. Thank you so much love ♥️
Loving me is seeing me in my mess, owning it and being willing to change. This makes me love myself more and more because I am being honest with myself knowing that "there is no out there out there" it's all going on inside of me! Today I love myself enough to do me, work on me and accept me for who I am.
I needed to hear "cheer for myself the way we cheer for other people". I think we are conditioned to not want to cheer for ourselves afraid that we'll come off boastful or bc we're always comparing ourselves to someone else. But when you're a true fan of someone you always ride for them and you'll cheer for them and pick them up when they need it... I finally want to be my biggest cheerleader and fan the way I've done it for so many others that way I don't need to wait/ want or need anyone cheering for me.
My life is ducking the rocks that are being thrown at me. I'm in the middle of a divorce and building a business and a new life. I opened my email many times this week and finally decided to revisit your show. I picked this one because I was feeling as though once again I had been bested by another human being. I for a split second in the aftermath of the information I had received slipped away from the inner me, who has been lifting me up, stepping out to help others. It was just what I needed to hear to remind me that I do and can, and will love me through all of what ever happens. Thank you, Lisa for reminding me that I must love me, in order to love others. I almost got side tracked by the wrong Spirits.
"cheerleader as hard for yourself as you do others." I have gone out of my way, woken up early, taken special trips, wrote encouraging notes, etc for others but I have never thought of doing it for myself.
Self love baby! Write yourself those affirmations and love notes, take a special trip for you! Others will follow the example of how you treat yourself! xo
Everything you've said has hit home with me. I've recently started going to therapy & therapists suggested I watch your channel. So far, I'm happy she did. I have trouble commnunicating with others & putting myself first in many ways. I'm so focused on caring for my baby girl that I forget to care for myself. If anything, I put myself down. Now I'm focusing on how to make a change for MY life. I'm trying to make myself happy again & figure out exactly who I AM.
wrapped in sand paper, so so true. oh my goodness, i am in the inbetween right now. in the middle of not who i used to be but not yet who i am becoming, sometimes it feels odd in this space, this is the space fear used to reside it. it's now empty and i'm choosing to put LOVE in there, but it takes a minute. i remembering who truly am and not being ashamed if i stumble or i fall. i choose to be of service no matter the occasional discomfort of authenticity. i love and appreciate you my siSTAR.
Every time I listen to you I KNOW that I am on the right path, I had to give myself permission to love me, once I started doing that people around notice the change in me I didn't know I had all those eyes on me observing my every move.Someone asked me yesterday why am I SMILING so much why am I so happy. And I simply said " I have found my purpose" Thank Lisa for bringing me back to life.
"Your love for me, and my love for you is an extension of my love for myself" yes YES!!! This is the revelation of the whole question of the video. I can see now that I can't help/love people they I want to if I don't already love myself. The extension of my self-love towards others would be flakey and temporary if I don't start on this self love journey tge right way. Thank you Lisa Nichols. God bless you ma 💖
the biggest thing that resonated with me during this video was on that we show others how to love us. I am currently learning to love myself and I always found myself trying to look for love in others. Yes YES. I REALLY NEEDED THIS.
Cheering for myself as I do for others!!! That's what I needed to hear. I feel like I don't give myself enough credit. It's like I don't believe in myself enough to cheer myself on. I'm finding it hard to move to the next level of my life.
What I heard was that you have to "try on self-love"...I love that! We often times think it's a one-time choice and you have it forever, that's not how it truly works. Every morning you must slip into your self-love and then one day it will be forver worn. I do have to get comferbale in that particular outfit. Thank you lisa.
I already know what loving HARD looks like...just do that for MYSELF?!! Brilliant! And you said I don't have to get back up fast...just get back up! Oh my GOD, that last knock-down ALMOST really did me in. And I've been pressing to get up again. It's not easy, and thank you for explaining that it's not always a "bounce back"...some times we wobble up, or come up slowly. Just make sure you GET UP! BTOL! I love your wisdom, your matter-of-fact delivery. You give me greater insight on being me, definition and application. Love it!
awesome podcast! The thing that hit home for me was "If you can cheer & show up for YOU, the way you cheer & show up for them!" wow! I have always been one to work harder for everyone else, whether it's on a job, volunteering or for family. I always put me on the back burning to nurture other folks vision or dream. I've learned to be a great side kick hero and I'm ready to take the lead and be my own super hero. It is SO time for me to put more energy into self and my dreams and vision. Thank you for your encouragement and the time you put out there for us! ❤❤ Blessings❣
Hi Lisa, You have been making me cry ever since I found you on RUclips but it's a healing cry. I had tears when I heard you say, "You are giving the world an example how they get to love you and treat you based on how you love and treat yourself." I've been so broken this is something I have trouble with but I'm getting better at it thanks to you.
Hello Lisa, I met you at the Speak and Write; Atlanta, Ga. 2016. You and your team are AWESOME! The tribe is remarkable. I plan to be there again October, 2017. Love you all.
Learning that I have the Power of myself. Loving myself first so that the world sees how to properly approach me. Loving myself enough to want to do right by me first so that I give the proper love.
I needed to hear that I need to be as big a cheerleader for myself as I am for my kids...and that's saying something. I am loud and proud when I am in my kids' corner!
Ms. Lisa, I've had this program for a month and only until today did I finally say it's time for me. So starting today, every morning before I go to the gym I have promised myself I will sit down with you and start giving myself what I need - Love and Attention. Thank you for being a great motivation. I am manifesting great things in my life, one of those being to meet you one day in person. Love and Blessings Queen.
loving myself is just as important as loving every one else and not afraid of saying no.Looking and learning about myself is exciting and scary. I gave away myself for so long. Thank you for riding with me on this journey
Lisa, I heard you. I HEARD YOU!!!!! I will stop with the wishy-washy way of life. A Bold Yes or a Bold No has become my mantra for 2017. I am all about positivity and the belief that I can and will have abundance!!!!!!!!! Be blessed
God Bless you Lisa. Couldn't stopped my tears because am feeling guilty. I love others really hard but not myself. I cheer for them and not for myself. Now I know why I haven't experienced healthy a healthy relationship. From today am going to press the reset button and start loving myself. I know I deserve a lot not just in relationship but in life because I have a good heart.
I really needed to hear...that it's not about getting up fast...but more about getting back up. I need to keep my eyes and focus on my own journey. Not compare myself to others.Thank you so much for your words of encouragement.
I decided to show your video to a young lady whose hair I braid once a month. She is an old soul of 10 years of age. She's from South Africa and she thinks she doesn't have "GOOD" hair -- lol. What a journey we are on! Thank God for the Game! But guess what she said as I sought to inspire and transform her through your words and energy? She said, "That's you! That lady is you!" What a high compliment! Thank you for reflecting the best of me! I love me more when I see you -- especially after her comment :D
Thank you so much for your authenticity and willingness to share, Lisa. I had two Aha's from watching and listening to you. The first is that saying No to some things can lead to saying Yes to the things that make our knees knock - learning that loving our self first is how we find success and are in turn, truly able to authentically love others. I also realize that is is time to stop looking for answers via "Google" and re-apply what I know is truth in every second of every day to step into my abundant self. Thank you, Lisa. Much Love to you
Lisa Nichols, you are such an inspiration! I have never commented on any videos, but I felt compelled to let you know that I am so grateful for the wisdom you shared in this video. I could go on forever about all the things that resonated with me, but I'll just share my biggest AHA..."I am the first example of how the world gets to treat me. It is MY job to set the best example of how I want to be loved" WOW! Thank you for sharing, be blessed
My grandmother used to say 'self first, self last and anything left over.. self again.' I haven't been serving myself for some years now. I pray today I begin to show myself the love I need to be me. 🙏🏿
at this moment in my life, I have never felt more loving, beautiful and liberated as I do now. for so many years I listened to people's comments about my size, I am very skinny and people say things and have no idea how it affects you...but I love me now....scars, flaws and all. I celebrate me daily!
What a beautiful message! It's a reminder of who we get to be and appreciate the beautiful person and life we can possess if we just believe that we are worthy and be love to ourselves.
I always say to myself that I love my self first, I love me but sometime it feel loney because I haven't find the one who loves my for me. Thank you Lisa Nichols
God so true, so true every mistake , every fall has just pushed me to a greater level as a professional and as a person. But over time, older me forgot how little me has done it so far ...here I go again. Thanks Lisa Nichols, Love your soul.
This message took my breath away. I have given from an empty cup for years and cheered for and was patient and kind and loving to many. If I could just focus and do that for myself. What could I be? What could I do? It brings me to tears to think about how much I thought of and gave to others that I never gave to myself. I have not been so nice to myself, but it's time...
When you said there was a blessing when you thought it was a nail, I just felt same way when I was treated bad in my marriage but it was a blessing to be out of it, thanks Lisa for giving so much inspiration to women who are moving on with the courage and positivity ❤️❤️
This was so relevant to my current state of mind. I am in continuous Yes to everyone without knowing and loving me. I will start y loving the mess of me until I become the whole that I was destined to be. Thank you for this community.
Having wasted decades hating myself, it also took me a long time to get there Lisa. I now coach other women on self love and my new book on the subject is about to be published. When I learned how to love myself, my life became more abundant automatically. Thank you Lisa! ❤️
I absolutely love how you said self love is saying yes to that thing you really want but don't know how to get just yet. At least that's how I took this. I say this to say self love for me is saying yes to building a multi million dollar company in order to get into Harvard's OPM program and growing even more from there!!! I've been so baffled about how I'm going to achieve this enormous goal and I now realize how self love is needed. So I thank you so much my sister for this video, your believing in me and your example which all gave me the courage to even share this goal with the world just now. Up until now I've been keeping it a secret out of fear of failure and success. I now know that the fear is simply informing me to get help; learned this from your video on overcoming fear. THANK YOU! I really appreciate you! Be well. 💕
Being reminded that you have to serve YOU before you serve others. Serve you and or love you first before you be cheerleader for others. Great reminder. That others can know how to love me by my example of how I love me. Powerful! I tend to forget that sometimes.
Thanks for creating this space. Self Love is key to living abundantly and forgiving ourselves is part of that. We must learn to forgive ourselves. If not, we will always be trying to make amends; existing in unhealthy relationships and obligating ourselves as a form of payment, in exchange for fleeting moments of affirmation, that are here one day and gone the next. Thanks again Lisa!
Thanks for this. I have been trying to understand my negative thoughts for a while and I realized that the teenage girl who had her negative self talk affirmed by someone who she respects is still very present. I am learning how to take back my power now that I realize it. Step by step the once confident teenager will return as a confident woman who is a force to be reckoned with. Thanks, Lisa.
That Thing I Needed to Hear: "Give Yourself A Chance"... That statement landed it for me! It was a moment of actuality where I honestly saw how I gave up my ability to give myself a chance a long time ago. I've lived my life thus far allowing my chances to granted by other people and things.... Which explains why I experienced certain things: why things were so difficult, why sometimes it seemed as though I could never get it together so I would give up.... Until someone handed me another chance down the line but it never lasts I never had a chance because I NEVER gave myself one... That's crazy!!
Thank you thank you thank you! I'm struggling so hard to figure out how to be madly in love with myself. Thank you for being so relatable and making me feel like I'm not as messed up as I think I am that it's a journey and a struggle for everyone. I pray one day I can be as beautiful strong and loving as you you're amazing!
Thank you for inspiring me Lisa, all these years never loved myself and always share love and love others and I never put myself first! I recently realised that my life was going down the heal, suffering both physical and emotional pain. Self worth is the key element into our life's. I am so happy I relearnt how to love myself and all the mystery pain vanished!! Thank you Lisa From London
lisa your an amazing person, what i learn from you is to loving your self no matter... i saw your videos about a week ago and most things you talking about is based on my current situation.
Sistar...You and your arms are absolutely amazing. Clearly you have been doing your own pushups...lol. I have been a part of your community for a while; I embrace, injest and take action on many of the nuggets you share. I also LOVE your voice and cadence. When we met briefly in Atlanta at the Shrine of the Black Madonna, you asked me where did you know me from...I responded "I am you." Thank you for continuing to encourage me to take action in MY life! Love you, sis!!
I need to learn to be a better cheerleader for myself!! I love that you forgot the question halfway through answering because you got excited! That kind of modest honesty is really inspiring for someone like me who severely beats myself up for making the smallest error. Thank you for proudly displaying your mistakes. ❤
Thank you so much for mentioning the chatter... I have been battling chatter and thoughts and low self-esteem. Yes YES!!!! Greatest take away Listen to your soul!!! Breathe.
I love this channel. This message continues to give me life. Love yourself first. You've said so many times that no one can serve from an empty cup. I was doing that for so many years and wondered why I wasn't going too far. I now understand the importance of self love first. It allows you to serve from your overflow. It makes giving and serving a joyous feeling. Thank you Lisa.
Thank you Lisa! For your sharing. I have learnt so much from just one video. Giving myself a chance. Getting back up for myself, loving myself first, listening to my soul, learning to say no.
So glad to have found this! Just YOU being sassy, confident, real YOU is the inspiration I needed right now. I am stepping into being a change-agent for women 50'ish to let them know that it's time to set aside aging as usual and realize it's the chance of a LIFETIME, to love yourself like never before and to take all that creative life energy and channel it into something uniquely FABULOUS -- for you and for the world. These short clips of yours are great contributions. I am following you, girlfriend! xoxo
what helped me most is your statement that we teach people how to love us by the way we love ourself. I have always had a problem with that because I've always put the needs of others before mine's all my life. And I have suffered greatly feeling that this was self sacrificing love. And wondering why others never loved me as much as I did them. Here lately the scripture about we must love our neighbor as we love ourself has been staying on my mind. I begin to think why is this scripture on my mine so much. Then another statement kept popping up people will never show the same loved to you that you show to them. But tonight when you said we teach others how to love us by the way we love ourself. The key to the door was handed to me. Now I remember that I was told almost 40 years ago by someone who I knew loved himself. He told me that people can only love you as much as you love yourself and he did help me to love myself. But he died and I went back to my self sacrificing love. which I don't think it was totally wrong, but in the scripture You must love your neighbor as yourself. Is just what it is saying if we love ourself we should have the same love for our neighbors. How can we give love to others if we don't first give love to self? As I look back on my life this is a lesson I was missing. Thank you Lisa for helping to understand. Self love is part of our growth process and it is not wrong to love self. Just keep it in its proper place.
I needed to hear..... that, "I already know wat loving HARD looks like... I just haven't mastered trying it on MYSELF." 🎁❤💯💯 ❤❤❤ ❤❤ ❤ thank you so much!! I truly believe Lisa Loves me and I love you too!!
omgosh, Lisa. I am doing a big self claiming ceremony at our One Billion Rising dance revolution here at the Capitol of Texas in February. I can't begin to tell you how much this resonates with the journey I'm on. I heard that , Yes, I'm on the right track. Taking wild and creative ways to love myself and bring as many people with me as I can. It was wild to see, and maybe I had subconsciously remembered it from a prior talk you did, but my FB page sharing my self love journey is similar to your title. Thank you for being you and sharing your light.
Hi Lisa! I want to thank you for all of the tools that you share with us to stepping into being the best version of ourselves. I have been watching all of your videos and they have truly helped get me through one of the hardest transitions in my life. I'm blessed to have you as a mentor and role model. And your story is truly inspiring! I love you!!! 💕💕
Lisa thank you so much for making this video. It is like second nature for me to encourage others in different areas of their lives. People often come to me for advice. In those same areas of my life I am quick to start up the self doubt and put down record. It has gotten me nowhere. Thank you for encouraging me to be a cheerleader for myself. I deserve greatness. I truly do and did not know it until I started watching you.
It's been a long road of trying to really grasp what self love is, should be, and how to do it right. Thank you for this video. Hearing you speak gave me goosebumps, just hearing the sincerity. When you said being your own cheerleader because you already know how loving hard feels, and if I could love myself the way I loved my loved ones...man...just that line alone makes me emotion. Thank you for this video. 🙏🏼 god bless
And as you turn down the negative chatter, remember to turn up the POWERFUL self-talk! Yes YES!
Lisa Nichols yes YES!
Carol Ferguson Raph. Smart
Janet Ditroia so proud of you
How did you deal.with the sadness? I feel it deeply.
I appreciate you!!!
Great share Zoie. I loved the bit about "pulling the roots out of the dirt and throwing them in the garbage." Brilliant and go you!!
Danyle Dawson Oglesby I say it will be a success!!!
"Show up for yourself like you show up for others" that was my aha! phrase
I have noticed that it's hard to love others when you don't really love yourself properly!!
yes
I remember Joyce Meyer saying "You can't give away something you don't have." If you don't love yourself it's very difficult to truly love others.
From India.
"The way you cheerlead for them...you already know what loving hard looks like, just do it for you!!!" WOW! I needed that!
Thank you, Maria. Abundance is a 360 experience! Happy to be your sister on the journey!
Cheryl, I am glad you choose to be part of our global tribe! I see you!
Thanks Lisa. My take home- I set the pace of how the world treats me.
I see you, Carol!
Carol Njoki yes yes
I needed to hear this today, "if you can cheerlead for yourself the way you show up for them", my spirit has my heart and ears open to receive.
I see you, Timothy!
My aha moment, saying a healthy No. yes, YES!
I love you! ❤❤
Celebrate yourself the way you celebrate them...loved that!
"Give to myself, cheer up for myself, dance for myself" that is big to my heart. Thank you for being here.
Thank you, Mamata, for being you!
Listening to you is like listening to the the most amazing best friend ever!
I needed to be reminded that I need to cheer for myself as much as I do for others. I need to start loving myself again.
Good morning Lisa, trust God is blessing you abundantly, can you call out to the brothers we never seem to get much feed back.
Give yourself a chance, even if you fall, love yourself even after that. Give your dreams, your life a chance. Love it. Thanks Lisa.
"If you could cheerleed for yourself the way you cheerleed for them." Wow...I was searching and I've found my answer at 2:22 am. Thanks for being you❤
Every time I listen to you I KNOW that I am on the right path, I had to give myself permission to love me, once I started doing that people around notice the change in me I didn't know I had all those eyes on me observing my every move.Someone asked me yesterday why am I SMILING so much why am I so happy.
Loving myself hard, hit home. It literally pushed the on button inside. So thank you for that.
Love it!
"If you can show up for yourself the way you show up for them" made me cry thank you Lisa
There's so much truth in this! I appreciate you!
awesome podcast! ❤❤
Blessings❣
Hi Lisa, You have been making me cry ever since I found you on RUclips but it's a healing cry. I had tears when I heard you say, "You are giving the world an example how they get to love you and treat you based on how you love and treat yourself." I've been so broken this is something I have trouble with but I'm getting better at it thanks to you.
Thank you, Donna. I appreciate what you are doing for yourself. Keep at it!
Hello Lisa, I met you at the Speak and Write; Atlanta, Ga. 2016. You and your team are AWESOME! The tribe is remarkable. I plan to be there again October, 2017. Love you all.
This message changed my whole discussion and now I'll do whatever my mind says......
Love you sister😘😘
Learning that I have the Power of myself. Loving myself first so that the world sees how to properly approach me. Loving myself enough to want to do right by me first so that I give the proper love.
I needed to hear that I need to be as big a cheerleader for myself as I am for my kids...and that's saying something. I am loud and proud when I am in my kids' corner!
Ms. Lisa,
I've had this program for a month and only until today did I finally say it's time for me.
Valerie, self-love and self-care can work wonders for us if we allow ourselves the time. As my grandma always said, "NO is a complete sentence!"
Your smile is so beautiful
I have so hard times, but i always listen your voice and i feel freedom and love... thank you dear Lisa i feel your words in my soul.
When you said there was a blessing when you thought it was a nail, I just felt same way when I was treated bad in my marriage but it was a blessing to be out of it, thanks Lisa for giving so much inspiration to women who are moving on with the courage and positivity ❤️❤️
I am the Jones. Loving me and giving myself the chance to fly. Yes yes
I see you, Veronica!
Yes to Loving myself, and moving forward
This was so relevant to my current state of mind. I am in continuous Yes to everyone without knowing and loving me. I will start y loving the mess of me until I become the whole that I was destined to be. Thank you for this community.
Having wasted decades hating myself, it also took me a long time to get there Lisa. I now coach other women on self love and my new book on the subject is about to be published. When I learned how to love myself, my life became more abundant automatically. Thank you Lisa! ❤️
I love it! What a wonderful turnaround! Yes YES!
Such a blessing to hear such anagelic voice.
Yes sis! Fill up your own cup first, then serve others from the overflow! #AbundanceNow
Lisa I been learning about self love. I haven't loving my self. I like what you said. Do it for myself. What I do for others. Powerful.
i needed to hear that after daring to fly, loving yourself is getting up. Even if I don't get up fast, just get up
And when we stay in movement we gain clarity.
Loving my self more is my biggest wish
That Thing I Needed to Hear: "Give Yourself A Chance"... That statement landed it for me! It was a moment of actuality where I honestly saw how I gave up my ability to give myself a chance a long time ago.
I've lived my life thus far allowing my chances to granted by other people and things.... Which explains why I experienced certain things: why things were so difficult, why sometimes it seemed as though I could never get it together so I would give up.... Until someone handed me another chance down the line but it never lasts
I never had a chance because I NEVER gave myself one...
Thank you Lisa
From London
lisa your an amazing person, what i learn from you is to loving your self no matter... i saw your videos about a week ago and most things you talking about is based on my current situation.
Thank you so much Andrea for the kind words, they truly mean a lot to me!
Beautiful, I had tears knowing your words are moving me forward in my life, success is more than achieving business goals. Thank you Lisa.
Thank you! Abundance is a 360 experience!
Thank you Lisa! For your sharing. I have learnt so much from just one video. Giving myself a chance. Getting back up for myself, loving myself first, listening to my soul, learning to say no.
"You already know what loving hard looks like........" OMG
I just haven't mastered trying it on MYSELF."
🎁❤💯💯

thank you so much!!
