I think I heard something about it being like 1 miss or less during stages 1-5 Boss and collect all bees in at least 3 stages. Not 100% sure.

The shop options cannot be used in training mode. I tired :(

for hibachi, collect all bees and just keep hyper system gauge full
as for inbachi same as above only added no bomb spent

Unfortunately, the AI only dodges the bullet and that's it. It not intelligent enough to meet the requirements for Hibachi or Inbachi.
