** In the description I have a bit better setup for single target DPS using 2x tempest bell and cast on shock so if you find yourself having issues with single targe check that out, also you can switch out crescendo and put in bullseye support to make tempest flurry feel a bit more fluid while mapping ** What's going on guys, so here is my take on the Budget Gemling stat stacker that is a monster of a build overall and it can be achieved for 15 divine or under, I must say this might actually be one of the best overall builds in the game and it's for sure the best budget build. If you guys have any questions sound off below or anything you would change also let me know below, hopefully this guide is helpful. Thanks for the visit!
Worked out great! solid guide. Most of the time I have to do so many tweaks with others guides, this one worked out the box. I also think I spent way under 15 div. If you get lucky or already have some of the stuff, it should be very easy to put together. I do need better rings though, those get really pricey.
I think fitting Charged Staff in would be the next logical step. It's too broken to ignore. But really decent way to play stat stacker on a budget, nice.
ive been playing a herald of ice and herald of thunder stat stacker budget build and im currently 94, your build with MoM, Blink and only thunder also looks rly good though. think i will try out if i like yours more than the normal one with HoI. nice video dude
@@Varcieh been doing the same thing but just swapped in an Atziri helm with spirit corruption, went from 500 ES to 7k (with the extra spirit added Grim Feast). Way more impactul than something like Black Sun imo
@@justinrobinson1499 I just went for a +25 spirit version since the +30s are astronomically more expensive and the only difference for our build is the ability to slot in a Precision support gem or not. So w.o it can use any 20+ spirit one (can also just use an Ammy with + spirit on it or Solar base to still get Precision). Precision is definitely nice to have, and it gets more valuable the more Dex / AR a character has. But ultimately it doesn't add THAT much attack speed where it's make or break. On my character with around 750 dex I think it added less than 0.50 attacks per second. But at a price difference of few Div vs 50+ div it seems like build can get way more effective power / speed from using that 47+ div on other upgrades until in super late min max stages.
I feel like Bullseye is better than Cresendo for Tempest Flurry... the DPS difference doesn't seen that big, but doubling the Accuracy Rating increase Attack Speed and therfore Movement Speed a ton. Most of the damage dealt to mobs while Mapping is from stuff like Heralds anyways.

What exactly is stat stacking? And isn't every builds goal to stack stats? What other type of builds are there? This is my first time playing an arpg and actually trying to learn so I have no idea.
Gemling Legionnaire ascendancy helps for more Stats than any other Class. Stats Gain more value on this ascendancy which makes Pillar of the God and Hands of Wisdom gain much more Power in the end spiraling your damage.
@Crrazzyrulezz so stat stacking is a gemling thing? You can't stat stack on a warrior? I still don't get what it is. I thought you wanted to stack stats on all builds.
@@DoctaJay6 well u can stat stack on every character if its actually helpful for your build but gemling has an ascendancy skill which doubles inherent bonuses...which makes it more effective to stack stats. What build do you play that needs as many stats as possible? Normally u just need stats to actually use items or Gems. The moment you use hands of wisdom u might want to stack more dex or int. i mean it all depends on what items you have and what build you actually play. In the end Gemling with that staff will have much more stats than a monk in comparison.
@@Crrazzyrulezz I think I get what you're saying. Where some builds will take nodes like increased attack speed others benefit from stacking the plus 5 str dex or int nodes. Right?
@@DoctaJay6 well His build actually needs a lot of stats because of the unqiue item he uses. U can stack stats through nodes and through other rare items for example. But this build can go over 800 in any stat which is probably not achievable with other classes.

15 div for a stat stacker is budget, if you have played 200+ hours with not a single divine that is crazy. one tip would be get close to 100% total in rarity on your gear helps out a good amount
