TDS Controller is not an ideal way to add essential minerals in the purified water.100% of the input water does not pass through the RO membrane. Mixing RO purified water with non-RO purified water may result in the presence of several harmful heavy metals like lead and arsenic in the purified water, as these impurities can only be removed by an RO membrane.
Lol Kent technician is making them fool ..40TDS lol .. pls refer WHO guideline, TDS should be 100 to 500 for drinking water ..For pre-filter he is charging Rs 1200 ..You can get the same from Amazon in Rs 260 to 500 best quality..if your TDS of tap water is 62 then you don't need RO ..use UF UV filter

Standard set the TDS controller to 200-250 Excellent water Quality with Minerals Below 100 Tds water is Harmful There is no Ca & Mg left in water only crystal clear water is not Safe for Health.
Drinking water TDS level should be b/w 50 to 150 range.. As your tap water itself is giving around 60, u don't required RO filter. Better u remove that Ro filter in you existing purifier. Having low TDS is more dangerous.
U need aUV water purifier not an RO ,low TDS is not good for health, Even WHO guidelines did not recommend of TDS below 100

Aapka tap water ka tds lavel good h, no need to RO.
