Beautiful soul, i returned to your brilliant nausea video as I woke & suddenly found myself feeling unwell & suddenly overheated. I hadnt used reiki for assistance often since i left the 7 yr sole carer position caring for my 94 yr old Mother. Sadly 2 breakdowns and 9 collapses eaxh time hitting my head thereby causing ongoing concussion symptoms with memory all past year. Yep! I caught the crud. Not covid thankfully but it's still a doozy of a respiratory cold. Almost all the colds I catch stay in the sinuses but this one traveled down to the lungs so it's been a little rough. Your session is perfectly timed as usual. I'm so glad that you're feeling better!
