This was delicious! I didn't have a few of the ingredients, I used Apple Cider Vinegar, Thyme instead of basil. My husband is not a sweet potato fan and he loved it! Thanks. I will be taking it again.
Tip: you can add the cornstarch & water combination when you first make the sauce instead of pouring it out to add cornstarch & then pouring it back in
