Help. I accidentally fell asleep with this on loop. I had a terrifying dream. I need to ask about how the affirmations have been stated or if there is anything regarding shadow aspects.
I had a dream where a cloae friends father tried to off me repeatedly, even hired a cop to help him keep me from leaving. Idk what his deal was but he refused to let me drive away, so I had to drive forward... over him... to leave... I obviously jolted awake. Its 2am and I'm kindof scared. Please, give me some feedback. Help me interpret and understand why this dream happened. I am shook.

That was crazy, didn't think that could happen but I'm guessing it's because your subconscious isn't ready to let the affirmations in yet, if you're trying to forcefully install new beleifs within your subconscious that are totally different or in a very different level than your current beliefs are then your subconscious will really try everything to make sure your entire belief system isn't wrong and resist those new beleifs that you're trying to affirm or install; that's why I said go slow with this subliminal you can gradually increase the amount of times you listen to, anyways I think since these affirmations are not just surface level your subconscious isn't handling them well; you can either stop listening to this, and come back later in time when you're ready or try to continue but only once a day or two. If you are choosing to stop than maybe you can listen to a flushing sub as well, that way these new beleifs won't be staying with you! I'm currently on a meditation retreat and the friend whose father this was in the dream contacted me multiple times even though he knew I'd be on this retreat (naturally pretented he forgot but I knew he was vying for my attention so I ignored him.) I have plans with him later this month that I am heavily considering canceling. But in the past I've been a people pleaser. I truly hope that this sub eases some of that pressure you're carrying and gives you some comfort, if words could help, even a little I'd say; cling onto the tiniest bit of hope you have, it's never completely over, and even if it seems to be falling apart it'll build back up, it always does, there's not a single time when the sun hasn't come back up after a storm, but that's just a metaphor and metaphors doesn't help with anything I know so I won't expect you to feel any better by my saying or writing some stuff but what I know does work is your spirit and only you can help remember the things you fought all this time for, so all I would say is just remember why you put up this fight for all this time! Don't let it go to waste, maybe tomorrow will bring a better result something you didn't expect, or you were expecting, idk just push on through.. I truly do hope this works tho, if it helps a little I'd share my experience and that is that I was literally down in the dumps for a few days, questioning everything and everyone in a way, that was a few days before I made and used this sub and that's one of the reasons why I was super super excited to post this, it really helped me get out of a really bad phase and I've been feeling a lot better since!
