Yes i am sure. See here from the report. Five investigations in all were set up
into the Trust. The recent Public Inquiry cost the taxpayer £13 million, interviewed more than
160 witnesses and sifted through one million pages of evidence. Robert Francis QC produced
290 recommendations in a 4-volume report that stretched over 1800 pages.
