  • Row-Level Security (RLS) allows you to define security policies that restrict the rows that a given user can see when querying a table. While RLS is a typical feature within specific database technologies, RLS from Tableau gives you the ability to centrally define policies that apply across your entire analytics ecosystem. If you need to control access to your data at the row level instead of the table level, come to this session to learn what Tableau is building and provide your feedback on this important feature.

We still haven't deployed the newest version. Have you used the Centralized RLS feature? I would love to hear what you think.

You need to buy the DM add-on, no more features to the base server version, more features In data management add-on.
