Hi Tom, should there be smoke leaking from my bottom vent when the hose is attached and fan on? I have an AK 22 and using the biggest attachment with extension.

I'm just after advice... Do you think that I should insulate My Kamado during the winter months. I keep it covered and it is also under a pagoda. I wouldn't say that I live in an extreme weather area (Northamptonshire). Anybody else please advise, it's my first Kamado winter 👍🏻

I haven't had any issues mate. It blows quite gentle once up to temp
How did you pair with your phone? Really struggling
If you not using the slower hertz WiFi band use the Bluetooth option.

Is it just me but isn't the whole fun of bbq'ing a reason to be out in your shack and away from life? I just want to monitor my bbq in 'real-life' and not let a machine try to do it for me.
I couldn't agree more! I spent time going back and forth on if I wanted one. This bit of kit is ideal for if you are doing an overnight cook or are out for the day when you can't keep an eye on temps.
In tomorrow's video you will see a fail where I should have used this amd didn't.
Exactly this. I buy premium cuts of meat and I don’t want to ruin it, especially for longer smokes overnight.
why the hell do you need a temp controller to do smash burgers, its hardly rocket science...
Some people are struggling with temp control cooking everything. I thinking behind smashing burgers is the fan would constantly feed air keeping the coals super hot.
