Malfunction at the Surrey Hills Railway Crossing

So I decided to come out here and film the crossings at Surrey Hills and Mont Albert, and when I got out at Surrey Hills the boom gates stayed down after the train had passed and only came up once the next train came 10 minutes later. The cars were backed up so far lol. And people did come to fix it later.
